In recent years,the "teacher learning" has become the focus of discussion in western academic discussions,teachers' cognition and an international research and a frontier subject of teacher education practice.In our country,at the height of the development of teacher learning community,whether in theory or in practice,the teachers' professional development and improving living conditions is of positive significance.This study based on the theory of expanding learning theory,using the case study to analyze the expanding theory in the application of teacher learning community;Aiming at the existing problem of teachers' learning community,to build a teacher in the learning community for effective learning mode..In addition,based on the “meet” and “rainbow” teacher work shop case,I try to understand the present problems of teacher workshops: superficial and shallow level of cooperation,or being a mere formality,and so on.In order to solve these problems,based on the theory of expanding learning implementation in the teachers' learning community expanding learning cycle "question-analysis-modeling-testing model,implementation model-reflection and evaluation-solidification model",shed some light on the effective learning of teachers learning community.This shows clearly that the theory of learning community has very good guidance for teachers and to provide feasible method.
