It's accepted that the development in teacher of high quality results from efficient and effective learning. Since teacher learning arise as a focus issue in the western academic world, many international researchers on teacher learning has recently devoted themselves to the cutting-edge subject on cognitive study and empirical educational research. In China, the academic has gradually adopted that it's of significance, theoretically and practically, in the improvement in the quality of teacher learning and in teacher's professionalization if a series of problem were thoroughly examined as to the teacher learning regarding the general course, internal mechanism and external modelization.Based on the expansive learning theory, the author analyzes its application in the working field and construct a pattern in practice according to teacher learning in China over recent years with the hopes of putting forward the diversification and options for improving teacher learning, which is as follow:At the very beginning, the article introduces the concept and basic aspects of teacher learning in the working field relating to the the topic selected. Dozens of related document are discussed to summarized the background of teacher learning in recent and the problems need to be solved.Then, it discusses the origins of expansive learning and its main perspectives. By analyzing the case of the elementary school teachers in Hongkong engaged in Learning of Curriculum Decision, the author argues that it promises some advantages where it reshapes teacher learning and brings about constructional methods on operational level if expansive learning can be applied to the course of teacher learning. Later in this chapter, a analysis based on the survey and interviews investigation on teacher learning in elementary education shows that it is a reality, result-focused and motives-driving, that put plenty of importance to the external motivation. Precisely, the practical effect of cooperation learning of the multiple groups is not ideal; teacher' s motivation tends to polarized and shows low-level learning outcomes; the content of teacher learning is the lack of practical operational knowledge, and can not meet the horizonal development; teacher learning is focus on results than process, lack of promotion and continuity of learning outcomes.On the conclusion, a model of teach learning in the working field is developed according to the existing situation of teacher learning, bases upon the analysis of the expansive learning theory. The discuss is by the large regarding the elements, advantages, targe., It proves that the model of teacher learning in the working field is a spiral development process including seven sections:problems emerging, problems analyzing and evaluation, learning process design, implement, reflection and generalization, which each one is an organic part relating to the other sections but a liner program.
