Research On Post-evaluation Of Property Outsourcing Project In Minxi Vocational And Technical College

With the reform of the social housing system,the development of the property management industry and the reform of the socialization of university logistics,the property management in colleges and universities has gradually came into being.As a means of socialized reform as well as one of the main modes of property services in colleges and universities,socialized property companies in charge of logistics services in colleges and universities is adopted by more and more colleges and universities.At present,colleges and universities rarely conduct in-depth,systematic summary and research evaluation on property outsourcing projects.Therefore,it is very necessary to actively carry out post-evaluation in this field.With the evaluation and feedback,it is conducive to strengthen the responsibility consciousness of the logistics personnel and the relevant administrative departments,improve the benefit of property outsourcing,further promote the reform of logistic socialization,give scientific basis for management decision and provide suggestions for reference on the property outsourcing project of logistics service in colleges and universities.This paper summarizes the research results of post-evaluation of property outsourcing and the theoretical foundation of post-evaluation management in colleges and universities at home and abroad.In view of the particularity of the property project in colleges and university,taking the property outsourcing project in Minxi Professional Technical College as an example,it conducts in-depth analysis and sorting around "project evaluation,social benefit evaluation,sustainability evaluation and comprehensive evaluation".It is concluded that the post-evaluation of the property outsourcing project needs not only the implementation of the various phases of the outsourcing project,but also the evaluation of the implementation of the outsourcing project.It is more necessary to make a qualitative conclusion of scientific synthesis and the overall success of the project.Therefore,on the basis of the existing post-evaluation theory,how to make a more effective post evaluation of the property outsourcing has become the main purpose of this paper.At present,the post-evaluation of property outsourcing project in colleges or universities is at the initial stage.It has not yet been carried out in a large scale.There has been no perfect feedback mechanism.Taking the post-evaluation of property outsourcing in Higher Vocational Colleges as the research object,it expands the research field of post-evaluation of property outsourcing to a certain extent.It provides a set of evaluation methods for reasonable and objective evaluation of property outsourcing in Higher Vocational Colleges.It also provides some theoretical basis and reference for the related research in the future.At the same time,the post-evaluation of the property outsourcing project is an important measure to improve the efficiency of logistics services as well as the management level of colleges and universities.
