And then I analysis the present situation of intellectual property rights aboutscientific research project, the scientific research value and economic value arediscussed as a starting point. According to the influence factors about the scientificresearch of intellectual property value in university, I analyze the intellectual propertyrights, macro-environment, universities and corporation. The current pricing methodsof scientific research project in intellectual property rights including cost method,income method, market method and real option approach are determined the value ofthe application and the applicability.The scientific research project of intellectual property rights in university can bedivided into two kinds of types that can be traded intellectual property rights and cannot be traded intellectual property, this paper analyzes the scientific research value ofthe intellectual property rights that can not be traded in the method to determine thevalue, making the contribution to the application research.
