Post Evaluation Study Of Apartment Cultural Projects For Qingdao Vocational Andtechnical College Of Hotel Management

In recent years,with the expansion of higher education and the deepening of the socialized reform of logistics in colleges,the cultivation of students ' apartment culture has been drawn increasingly attention,and more and more colleges begin to carry out the apartment culture project with their own characteristics.As a new project,the apartment culture project is gradually attached importance by universities.The project team always put more energy into the project evaluation,but the post evaluation for the launching project has not formed a scientific evaluation system.Most likely,it is regarded as the task completion when the project is delivered.The summary and feedback from preliminary preparation to construction then to completion have become a unimportant task.In fact,the feedback from the post evaluation of the apartment culture project is the most important part of the project.These messages can not only discover problems and gain experience,but also provide a reasonable reference for the development of future projects.This research takes the apartment culture project of Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management as an example,combining with the demand of the college,screening the specific indicators of evaluation,and constructing the evaluation system model.It applies the compare and contrast method,success-degree method,analytic hierarchy process and logical framework approach and carries out a systematic post evaluation from the project's implementation process,impact,goal and continuity.This evaluation is capable finding the problems in time,combing the project experience systematically,and giving the advice and suggestions for the development of the second stage of apartment culture project.The greatest achievement of this study was the systematic post-evaluation of the construction of apartment culture in our hospital from the perspective of project management,and the establishment of an evaluation system model,which opened up a way for the continued development of this work in the future.In addition,the generalized construction of apartment culture includes hardware environment,rules and regulations,cultural and sports activities,spiritual connotation and so on.Nevertheless,this apartment culture project refers to the one rebuilding the hardware environment of apartment.It means the post evaluation conveying cultural information to students through the hardware carriers.
