In 1989,UNESCO held an International Seminar on education for twenty-first Century in Beijing.The seminar put forward the goal and the theme of education in twenty-first Century is "learn to care".As an important educational resource,the relationship between teachers and children is worth using effectively.Constructing the “caring”relationship between teachers and children is an important aspect of the implementation of "caring education".In addition,the incidence of child abuse has happened frequently in recent years.No matter the child abuse events in Ctrip or red and yellow blue kindergarten have led to the hearts of millions of people in our country.That let the relationship between teachers and children become the focus of public opinion.The negative events of the professional ethical anomie of a small number of Preschool Teachers has a negative impact on the relationship between teachers and children in the real situation to a certain degree,which also cause further thinking about the relationship between teachers and children.Facing the complex reality,how to realize their rights and fulfill their obligations better in the relationship and how to build a new relationship between teachers and children in the context of reality is a valuable topic with discussion.The first part of this paper focuses on the research background,research purpose,domestic and foreign related research reviews,the shortcomings of existing research.It demonstrates the value and significance of this topic.The second part of the paper defines the core concepts in this study,and makes a deep analysis of the theoretical basis of this study.It clarifies the three theoretical elements of Noddings' caring theory and lays a foundation for further research.The third part of this paper adopts qualitative research method,using physical analysis,participatory observation,in-depth interview and other data collection methods in the natural context to get rich first-hand information in the real situation.Based on Nel Noddings' research,a deep case study is conducted to identify cases that conform the relationship between teachers and children according to motivation,displacement and feedback.The fourth part of this paper makes a case analysis of what motivates and moves us behind the formation of a caring relationship in the real situation.By encoding and analysis,eventually the researcher formed four dimensions form reality of the relationship between teachers and children: The caring relationship is rooted in the caregivers' active departure from themselves;the caring relationship develops from the mutual trust between the two subjects;the caring relationship is limited to the reality of the situation;the caring relationship is perfect when there is a warm response to a caring person.In the fifth part of the article,according to the four dimensions of the relationship between teachers and children,we put forward the corresponding strategies from three perspectives : caregivers ?recipients and the environment.The sixth part summarizes the research results,and makes a research reflection from the following three aspects: the identity of "I",the scientific problems of case screening and the ethical problems in the process of research.The focus of this study is the establishment of the caring relationship between teachers and children.It is a valuable effort to integrate "learn to care" into the Educational practice.It is also a valuable discussion on the new relationship between teachers and children in the complex realistic situation.So that the global educational concept of "learn to care" can be valued in the practice of kindergarten education in China,and can be transformed into practical measures to carry out effectively.
