Since the early1980s, our country has gradually entered the urbanization development stage. And the population mobility has become a significant feature of Chinese urbanization development. It manifests characteristics of different mobility stages:the90s’single people to "go alone," to "husband and wife peer", and finally evolved into today’s "family mobility"(i.e., appeared migrant children group). Therefore, many questions of the migrant children growing problem are waiting to be answered:How is the growing station of the migrant children? How are they cared? What is t he most beneficial practical path for schools to care about them?In order to answer these questions, the researcher applied quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The researcher selected four schools of M-D in Shanghai as the study sample by accident, entered the classroom and observed, and distributed questionnaires. The aim of these studies is to make out the migrant children caring path based on their curriculum status of growing and caring.Besides the introduction, this paper consists of three parts.Firstly, the researcher analyzes the growing needs, status, and needs of the educational caring of the present migrant children. We think that the migrant children’s growth need includes two kinds:normal needs and special needs. Actually, they met many challenges, such as challenges of study, psychology and interpersonal communication. According to their wish and hardship of growing, we know that the migrant children need more suitable caring from school.Secondly, the article talks about the result of research and reflex it. Policy, family, school and society are the four caring source of the migrant children. The study founds that our government has issued the educational policy for the migrant children, but didn’t meet all of the migrant children’s educational needs are met. For the family caring, parents try their best to care their children, but all they did can’t dissolve the problems thoroughly. For school caring, half teachers have quite high education expectation for the migrant children, and they would help the migrant children to adapt to the ingoing environment, often encourage the migrant children. However, most teachers are not very positive to guide the migrant children in the study, and they are not active to communicate with the migrant children. For the social caring, the local residents don’t accept the migrant children absolutely. However, many commonweal organizations have done much caring things for the migrant children. Base on this growing status, the author believes that the real "caring" means a kind of relationship formed by two persons interact to each other. And "caring" means that the care-for meets the needs of the cared-for. Therefore, the starting point of the school caring is the caring teachers and students relationship, and the school caring should starts from the real needs of the migrant children till to finish the mission---admit and express the life subjectivity of the migrant children.Thirdly, the practical path of school caring for the migrant children. The paper advises as follows:1. To learn the growing needs of the migrant children. Through the overall objective to grasp the migrant children growing status, find and express their growing needs in the dialogue, and infer from the trend.2. To react the growing needs of the migrant children. Give suitable guidance for their study and help them to rebuild confidence. Guide them to set up independent and developmental goal for growth of children. Care about their family growing environment. Make full use of their growing policy and social care resources.3.To transform and to promote the growing needs of the migrant children. Have a deep understanding of their growth. And then, give full play to our own educational wisdom, take model demonstration, have dialogues with them.
