"Long term,education oriented" education has been one of the important issues of concern.With the reform of the educational system,the demand for teachers is getting higher and higher.If the teachers' cultural quality is not improved,any reform can not be effectively implemented.Improving teachers' cultural level and improving the quality of teachers have become an urgent problem in the school.In addition to self promotion,teachers' management system has also played an important role in the development of teachers.Effective teacher management system can regulate teachers' behavior and standards,and also motivate teachers to achieve self management,self improvement and self development.Different schools,different systems and different standards have put forward different views on the development of teachers.How to combine the practice of the school to make an effective system of teacher management has become one of the important issues in school management.In this paper,Qiubei County of Yunnan Province BaDaoshao middle school as the research object,mainly discusses the characteristics of the school and teachers,analyze the existing problems in the teacher management system,and tries to find countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly discusses the teacher management system and the validity of the meaning;the second part,the connotation of the effectiveness of teacher management system requirements and suggestions;the third part carries on the analysis through interviews,observation and literature collection of the data,and proposed the existence of the effectiveness of teacher management system case school problems;the fourth part of the case school problems,to analyze the problem.The fifth part puts forward some rationalized suggestions on the problems that affect the effectiveness of the teacher management system.
