A Case Study About The Safety Management Of Boarders In Kunming Financial And Commercial School,Yunnan Province

In recent years,secondary vocational schools have flourished and the enrollment scale is expending.The number of boarding students has also increased,bringing a lot of security problems,which has brought great challenges to the safety management of the school.The safety of students is the foundation of the development of the school,and the safety management of students is the focus of the school management.This paper takes Kunming Financial and Commercial School as the research scope,to investigate the existing problems of safety management work in boarding students and analyze the causes.Also,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the safety management of boarding students in secondary vocational schools.This paper is including four parts,and the contents of each part are as follows:The first part is the introduction.The content mainly explains the reasons for choosing the topic,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the literature at home and abroad,defines the core concept of the article,determines the theoretical basis,and explains the research contents,research methods and ideas.The second part is the investigation of the present situation.By visiting some secondary vocational schools in Kunming Yunnan Province and taking the basic situation of Kunming Finance and Commercial school as the object of investigation,the writer uses questionnaires and interviews to describe the current situation of safety management of boarding students in secondary vocational schools.The third part is the reason and the analysis of the problem.Based on the investigation materials and the writer’s own work practice,the writer analyzes the existing problems in the safety management of the boarding students in secondary vocational schools and the reasons behind them..The fourth part is to make suggestions.According to the problems and reasons of the boarding students safety management in Kunming Financial and Commercial School,the writer puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: From the school level,we should strengthen and improve the boarding students safety management system;From the aspect of teachers,we shouldincrease the professional knowledge and improve the safety consciousness;From the aspects of students,we should strengthen the life education and self management;From the level of parents,we should pay more attention to students’ emotions.
