Investigation And Research On Campus Safety Management Of Boarding Students In Rural Junior Middle Schools

With the large-scale implementation of the policy of "withdrawing schools" in rural primary and secondary schools,the number of boarding students in rural junior high schools has increased dramatically,which has brought many difficulties and problems to the school safety management.The safety management of boarding students in rural schools has become the focus of the society.Based on the investigation and interview of the current situation of the safety management of the rural junior high school students in Z County of G Province,this paper finds out that there are some problems in the safety management of the rural junior high school students in Z County,such as the lagging concept of the managers,the lack of professional management knowledge,the lack of supervision of the campus safety facilities and equipment,the prominent hidden danger of safety,the lack of the safety management assessment system,and the imperfect management mechanism,which are mainly caused by the school The managers do not understand the importance of the safety management of boarding students,lack of financial support and supervision of functional departments.Therefore,the author carefully studied the specific measures taken in the field of campus safety management of rural junior high school students at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Z County,under the theoretical framework of "human-oriented management theory" and "target management theory".This paper puts forward the strategies of campus safety management for rural junior high school students,such as improving the comprehensive quality of managers,strengthening the management of safety team,adding special funds to ensure the safe operation of facilities and equipment,establishing assessment and evaluation mechanism,and improving the safety management system,so as to provide suggestions and references for the campus safety management of boarding students in Z County or rural junior high school with similar problems.
