In China,table tennis movement is a favored by the majority people’s favorite sports,table tennis movement is easy to fit in very competitive situation with rich recreation and appreciation,now in the common course for the college table tennis became an important part of college physical education,to improve the teaching effect,more and more new teaching methods used in table tennis class,But the reverse teaching method in table tennis teaching research is relatively few,this paper on this aspect of research.Reverse teaching method is to adjust the traditional teaching method of teaching order,the teacher to complete technical movement after the demonstration,combining with the characteristics of the project,from the front after decomposition teaching,let the students in the process of practice and thinking,to deepen the understanding of action,gradually raise the level of sport technology,improve the learning efficiency and learning interests.This study mainly uses literature,expert interview methods and questionnaires,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method to carry out research,taking the students of Class 7 and Class 8,grade 2018,sports training major of Xi ’an University of Physical Education as the experimental objects,and taking the impact of reverse teaching method on table tennis teaching as the research object.According to the teaching plan,students are taught the basic technology of table tennis.Traditional teaching method is adopted in the control class,and reverse teaching method is adopted in the experimental class.The influence and effect of reverse teaching method on students’ table tennis skill level and learning interest are mainly studied.(1)In the teaching process of table tennis,the application of reverse teaching method is beneficial to improve the achievement of students.It can be seen from the experimental test that the table tennis standard scores of the students in the experimental class and the control class are improved,but the experimental class is above the control layer.After testing,the average front attack standard,backhand push and dial,left push and right attack and ball rubbing in the experimental class is higher than that in the control class.depends on the standard score of the checkpoint.The results of the experiment are higher than those of the management team,which indicated that reverse teaching method had a positive impact on the standard of table tennis technology.(2)In the process of table tennis teaching,reverse teaching is beneficial to improve the standardization of students’ technical movements.The results of teaching experiment show that the average technical evaluation scores of the experimental class are higher than that of the control class,and average technical evaluation scores of forehand attack,backhand push,left push and right attack and ball rubbing were higher than those of the control class.It shows that reverse teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in improving the standardization of table tennis technical action.(3)In the process of table tennis teaching,reverse teaching method can effectively improve students’ interest in table tennis learning.Found through the teaching experiment,the experimental classes and that in comparative classes students have significant difference in learning interest in table tennis,experimental classes after the number of students interested in learning table tennis is very accounted for more than half the total number,and the number of people that in comparative classes only accounted for 31.43%,thus,pingpong,experimental classes of students learning interest is significantly higher than that in comparative classes students.It shows that the reverse teaching method has achieved good results in the general table tennis course of Xi ’an physical education college.(4)In the process of ping pong lessons,students are more likely to be accepted for their reverse teaching methods.After the trial,experimental classes and that in comparative classes have significant differences to the recognition of teaching methods,experimental class very pleased with the teaching method of students accounted for 38.89%,that in comparative classes very pleased with the teaching method of students accounted for one fifth,experimental class,so that you can see,at the student’s re-recognition,backward teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method.
