| Teachers are the most crucial,fundamental and core factors in the teaching of school education.They are the backbone of guiding students to grow up healthily and promoting the harmonious development of school.However,there are many bad phenomena in the teachers ’team nowadays.The key question of how to retain talents and achieve sustainable development is to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the young teachers.Based on the theory of double factors and expectation,this paper combs the present situation of the incentive mechanism of young teachers in Anhai by means of questionnaire,literature analysis and interview.It is found that the current situation of incentive mechanism for young elementary school teachers in anhai town has the problems of poor compensation and welfare incentive effect,unscientific examination content setting,poor incentive mechanism,and unsatisfied training content.Based on the theory of two factors and the theory of expectation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism for young teachers in Jinjiang city: optimizing the existing incentive mechanism,guiding young teachers in township primary schools to learn self-motivation and mutual motivation,and improving the social status of young teachers in township primary schools. |
