Professional Social Work Promotes Community Social Organization Development Research

With the government management approach from social management to social governance and community,social organizations and professional social work linkage mechanism to promote a wide range of,after the Nineteenth National Congress in particular,the focus of social governance was shifted downwards,the government pays more and more attention to community social organizations,they have successively issued guidance on nurturing community social organizations and encouraged and supported the participation of professional social work in the development of community social organizations.In addition,local governments have also issued notices for professional social work organizations to boost the development of community social organizations,give full play to the advantages of professional social work and enhance the capacity of community social organizations.This article mainly an elderly selected association in Beijing as a research object,through interviews with 4 members of the Street Elderly Association and 2 professional social workers who participated in the promotion,participate in the observation of social worker boosting work and search for relevant policy texts to collect information on the causes,boosting process,etc.of professional social work to boost community social organizations.Through the analysis of interview data,boosting work materials,etc,the process and method of combing professional social work to boost community social organizations,provide reference experience for future professional social work organizations to boost community social organization development.Through in-depth analysis of the case of professional social work to boost the elderly association of a street in Beijing,fully understand how professional social work promotes community social organizations.Summarizes that boosting community social organizations not only needs to improve organizational capabilities,improve organizational standardization,and enhance the ability to organize projects to promote the normalization and public welfare of organizational services,but also necessary to expand the participation of community residents,especially the participation of community elites,nurture community leaders,guide organizations to establish consultation and cooperation mechanisms,and increase the autonomy of the organization.
