Research On Community Work To Improve The Professional Level Of Community Social Organization

Under the background of strengthening the modernization of the system and capacity of governance at the grassroots level,the state has introduced a series of policies to encourage the development of community social organizations.The enthusiasm to cultivate community social organizations has sprung up all over the country,and a large number of community social organizations have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a rain.However,at present,the community social organization mostly appears in the fragmented,scattered state,improve its professional level has become a problem worth exploring.After referring to the theories related to professionalization in the field of social work,this paper tries to put forward the professionalization framework of community social organizations,which is divided into professionalization process and professionalization elements.The process of specialization refers to the process of transforming community social organizations from non-professional to professional through scientific needs investigation,professional community work methods and project evaluation.The elements of specialization mainly include the following aspects: the standardization of organizational management;Autonomy of community participation;The professionalism of the organization’s personnel;Legitimacy of organizational status.This paper is based on L Town,Guangzhou,where the author worked as an intern.After analyzing the current situation of community social organizations in L Town and the manifestation and causes of their lack of specialization,the paper puts forward the "Good-neighborly Ambassador" community development project.How to improve the specialization level of community social organizations is shown based on the implementation process of "Good-neighborly Ambassador" project.In the evaluation phase of the project,the evaluation is based on the four elements of the specialization of the community social organization.According to the above research,the following problems exist in community work to improve the professional level of community social organizations: short project time and lack of follow-up;Project service hours are squeezed by administrative work;The professional level of social workers needs to be improved;Community social organizations lack external support.According to the above problems,this study gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: improve the design of the project;Reducing the direct intervention of administrative personnel in social work;Strengthen the construction of social work personnel;We will give full play to the role of community social organizations in the linkage of the Five social organizations.
