The opening of the new journey of educational modernization has brought education into a new stage of historical development.The primary issue of educational development is who to cultivate and what kind of people to cultivate.What kind of people to cultivate depends on a high-quality and professional teacher team.In response to the call of the country to deepen the construction of teachers in the new era,primary and secondary schools have strengthened the construction of teachers,committed to improving the professional quality,ideological and political quality and moral level of primary and secondary school teachers,so as to promote the comprehensive quality of teachers.The development of teachers' comprehensive quality needs the encouragement of teachers' assessment and evaluation,as well as the consideration of teachers' professional assessment and moral assessment.From the perspective of teachers' moral construction,the treatment of teachers' professional assessment and moral assessment is not only related to the development of teachers,the construction of teachers' team,but also related to the construction of teachers' moral style.Schools in primary and secondary schools bear the dual task of educating and becoming talents.Teachers play a very important role in the process of teaching and education.The professional assessment and moral assessment of primary and secondary school teachers can improve the quality of teaching and professional ethics of teachers,so as to promote the overall development of teachers.The proper handling of teachers' professional and moral assessment in primary and secondary schools is conducive to the comprehensive development of teachers,as well as the promotion of school teachers' management work and the construction of teachers' moral style.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature,the results show that: at present,there are many theoretical and practical researches on the construction of teachers' ethics and the assessment of teachers' professional ethics in the new era of colleges and universities,while there are few researches on the construction of teachers' ethics and the assessment of teachers' Ethics in the new era of primary and secondary schools;although there are a few researches on the assessment of teachers' Ethics in primary and secondary schools,they are all from the macro level of the mechanism system,empirical research.There are few researches on the relationship between teachers' moral assessment and teachers' professional assessment.Based on the relationship between the professional assessment of primary and secondary school teachers and the assessment of teachers' ethics,this paper explains the perspective of the construction of teachers' ethics selected in the study based on the theory of educational policy,and studies the development of teachers' professional assessment and the assessment of teachers' Ethics in schools based on the theory of school management and the theory of teachers' developmental evaluation.First of all,it explains the relationship between teachers' business and teachers' morality,business assessment and teachers' morality assessment and their performance dimensions.Secondly,it makes an overall analysis of the current situation of the relationship between teachers' professional assessment and teachers' moral assessment,including the research objects,research tools,research contents and research results.The research contents mainly include the current situation of the construction of teachers' moral style in primary and secondary schools in the research area,the current situation of teachers' moral cognition and the relationship between teachers' professional assessment and teachers' moral assessment.Under the construction of teachers' moral style,the school The management of teachers' professional assessment and teachers' moral assessment influences teachers' cognition of teachers' moral,in turn,teachers' cognition of teachers' moral and teachers' moral assessment also influences the management of the two.The results of the study mainly summarize the measures and practices in the process of this study,which are expected to have practical significance for the primary and secondary schools in need.Finally,according to the current situation of the research,the author puts forward suggestions,mainly from the construction of the assessment system and moral education in primary and secondary schools.The theoretical research and empirical research on the relationship between primary and secondary school teachers' business and teachers' morality from the perspective of teachers' morality construction will provide certain basis for the construction of teachers' morality and the assessment of teachers' morality in all primary and secondary schools in the survey area.
