| With the expanding demand of pre-school,we need more professional requirements to preschool education.The key to the quality of education is teacher,people focus on preschool teacher.Training of practical ability is important for preschool teacher. The internship is a practical way to improve the professionalism of pre-professional students for vocational schools. Implementation effect of internship is directly related to the training quality of preschool teachers.Systematic research on pre-vocational school professional internships problem is relatively lack. In view of this,the present study of internship problems on vocational preschool education through the way of interview from the historical background and theoretical foundation and analyze the reasons and finally puts forward to measures.The full text can be divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, describing the background and significance of the research.The existing research results at home and abroad were reviewed. We will reach a clear definition of related concepts. The main research methods adopted in this research are literature and survey.The second part discusses the construction of operation mechanism of preschool education professional in Tacit Knowledge and so on.The third part studies the problems of internships of pre-vocational school through interview and the reason analysis.There are many problems,for example,preparation before the intern, the curriculum, practice guidance and enthusiasm kindergarten,the evaluation, etc.The fourth part aims at the reasons of internship problems from students,vocational schools and kindergartens dimensions.The fifth part on strategies of internship problems is recommended, for instance, changing interns’ thinking,adjustment curriculum of vocational school, strengthening practice guidance,optimizing the clinical evaluation and management, mobilize the enthusiasm of participating in kindergarten.The conclusion part summarizes the main contents and and points out the limitations of the study. |
