The network master studio is one of the important models of teacher professional development in the information environment,and the whole country is trying to explore the network studio of famous teachers and develop the teachers' group of the studio comprehensively.At present,the Zhejiang province continue to build the"Internet +" network studio based on the existing provincial famous studios,in order to adapt to today's Internet era,and drive the development of the studio discipline leader by the way of famous teacher leading the way.Online communication as the main form of studio interaction between teachers is one of the ways to achieve effective communication connected with the discipline leader,the discipline leader and teacher members,studio teachers communicate knowledge and emotion through resource sharing,the topic research on the platform,it is important for teachers'development to communicate properly and smoothly.From previous studies,it can be found that the teacher groups in the network master studio still have problems such as insufficient depth of interaction and low participation in the actual exchange process.In the course of actual communication,it is often impossible to organize in-depth cooperation,and online discussion is often superficial.To explore network masters studio online interactive features,put forward specific and feasible to promote studio effective online communication strategies,this study is based on Zhejiang province education resources public service platform corporation Guo Jicheng education period of high school Chinese teacher network studio teacher team as the research object,and research the text of studio topic interaction,analysis of its communication successful reason from the perspective of quantitative,thus qualitative and produce deep communication and build the corresponding promoting mechanism,in order to promote the teacher professional development.This study is divided into three parts and carried out.Firstly,literature research method is used to study the research status of network master studios at home and abroad,and combined with the specific practice and theoretical research of studio practice research synthetically in this paper.On this basis,through interviews with the teachers of the education workstation and the individual teachers of anji Guo Jicheng in huzhou city,we had learned the actual situation of the operation of the network master studio.Through the interview of the workstation,knew the operation mode of each studio and the assessment situation.The key point is the online communication completion of Guo Jicheng master studio and how the quality is.In addition,through detailed analysis of the online communication of the studio academic leaders,understood the online communication characteristics of the studio fully.And observed online and used case study method,tracked Guo Jicheng master studio online interactive situation with a long time,relying on distance education learning support theory content,coded,counted,analyzed topic research text of Guo Jicheng master studio.This paper analyzed the communication characteristics of topics in different dimensions in detail,and focused on analyzing the textual content of famous teachers' topics to distinguish them from subject leaders.Finally,through data analysis of the third and fourth chapter for studio online communication,combined with the education practice,teacher learning community theory,community.interaction theory and other related theory,completed the formation of the promotion mechanism of online communication by network master studio,solved the problem of teachers' communication disorders in studio environment,provided effective strategies for in-depth discussion of network master studio teachers,and summarized and predicted the end of the article.
