With the growing demand for teachers’ professional ability in elementary education, “Studio for Famous Teachers” is an important carrier to promote the teacher professional development and train backbone teachers. The Studio for Famous Teachers, which focuses on maths teaching research and training young teachers, is aimed to improve the ability of teaching and research of high school maths teachers and to promotes their professional development. It has been proven that, with the famous teacher guiding and the leading teachers playing the key role, Studio for Famous Teachers not only helps the famous teachers themselves make progress quickly and expand influence, but also by setting good examples leads young backbone teachers to higher levels. A mature Studio for Famous Teachers booms the teachers’ professional development.The Studio for Famous Teachers has developed quite fast as a result of the country’s increasing efforts to train teachers. At present, there are two patterns organized by educational departments: the off-line administrative staff room and the online platform, each having their disadvantages. The network provides the studio with new space for its open environment, rich content and communicative interaction. After a survey and analysis on the operation of traditional studios, with the concept of interaction, sharing and collaboration in mind, this article explore the construction of a new type of Studio for Famous Teachers so as to guide the professional development of maths teachers.The first chapter is introduction. It introduces the background of the research, the problems to solve, the aim of the research, the significance and methods.The second chapter covers the main concepts related to the research and the theoretical basis of the research.The third chapter is the literature review that covers the present research situation home and abroad in the area of teacher professional development, teacher community and especially studios for famous teachers.The fourth chapter provides a detailed introduction to the present studios. Considering that the existing documents only introduces the solid studios, a virtual studio, the Qilu Famous Teacher Studio, is taken as an example. The empirical research includes a general introduction to the studio and analysis through questionnaires and interviews and an individual case--- Sun Xiaojun Studio.Chapter five “The Construction of Interactive Studio for Famous High School Teachers of Math” is one of the key parts of the article. It brings out a new concept and pattern, including the background, ideas, goals, mode, ensuring mechanism, evaluation mechanism and construction strategies etc.Another key part of the article is chapter six “The operation of Interactive Studio for Famous High School Teachers of Math” which suggests the pattern of new interactive studio for famous high school teachers of math: the combination of the online studio and the offline solid studio based on a typical application “Weihai Sun Xiaojun Studio”.The last part of the article provides the conclusion and some further suggestions on the construction of interactive studio for famous high school teachers of math.
