Research On Promoting Professional Development Of Teachers In Famous Teacher's Studio

The deepening of the basic education reform has put forward higher requirements for teachers' professional level.It is a new way to promote teachers' professional development to build teachers' professional learning community and construct new professional subjectivity through teachers' collective study and mutual exchange.As a practical mode of learning community,the famous teachers' studio pays attention to exerting the resources of famous teachers and constructing the mechanism of communication and sharing.It is of great significance to improve teachers' teaching skills and research level,and it has become an effective way to promote teachers' professional development.Based on the theory of Teacher Professional Learning Community,this study takes seven famous teachers' studios in Yue yang City as the main research objects.Through interviews and participatory observation,it explores the development status,responsibility orientation and operation mechanism of the famous teachers' studios.The study finds that the famous teachers' studios have achieved remarkable results in helping teachers improve their teaching skills,leading them to improve their teaching and research abilities,guiding teachers to establish good teachers' morality,and encouraging teachers to become lifelong learners.However,there are still some problems in the studios,such as the simplicity of teaching and research activities,the imperfection of operation mechanism and the improvement of expected results.The above problems are mainly due to the insufficient support from the educational administrative departments,the influence of the contradiction between teachers' work and study,and the need to strengthen the host's own ability.In order to make the famous teachers' studio better promote the professional development of teachers,educational administrative departments should improve the construction of guarantee mechanism,schools should give more targeted support,famous teachers' studios should strengthen the connotation construction,and participating teachers should strengthen the consciousness and ability of self-development.
