| At present,our country’s basic education is going through a significant period of historical change,which is related to the professional development of tens of millions of primary and middle school teachers across the country.Teachers in elementary and middle schools are eager to take the ride of the education reform,and are constantly exploring platforms to improve their professional development capabilities.As a teacher learning community,the famous teacher studio has contributed a lot to the improvement of the professional development capabilities of its member teachers.The master studio is led by the famous teacher to promote the unity and cooperation of team teachers,and realize the common professional development of the member teachers and the team.Based on this,this research aims to improve teachers’ professional development capabilities,and takes three municipal-level master studios in S city as the survey object,combined with interviews with the host of the master studio,key teacher members,and young teacher members,as well as interviews with three city-level teachers.The questionnaire survey of the teacher’s studio at the top level,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and case analysis method as the main research methods,studied the operation of the teacher’s studio and how to promote the professional advance of teachers.It can be seen from the investigation and research on the master studio that the advantage of the master studio lies in that it can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the member teachers to a certain extent.However,due to various factors,the author also found the famous teacher studio in the research.Some real dilemmas.Teachers’ professional development ability must not only adapt to the needs of the times,but also closely integrate the characteristics of teachers’own continuous development and their needs.This research divides the research on the promotion of teachers’ professional development ability by famous teacher studios into the following five parts for systematic introduction.Part 1:Introduction.Through the introduction of the research topic background,research purpose and significance,as well as the combing of relevant literature research at home and abroad,and put forward the problems to be solved and possible innovation points.Part 2:Theory and research design.Defined the core concepts of famous teacher studio,teacher professional development and established the five dimensions of teacher professional development ability,analyzed its theoretical basis,teacher learning community theory,teacher professional development theory,and designed research objects,ideas,methods and survey data the collection situation.Part 3:The investigation of the operation of the famous teacher’s studio and the teacher’s professional development ability.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with young teachers,key teachers,and moderators of three famous teacher studios in S City,the operation mechanism and the improvement of teachers’ professional development ability in operation are investigated,and the results of the survey are briefly analyzed.Part 4:The practical dilemma and optimization strategy of improving teachers’professional development ability in the operation of famous teacher studio.This part analyzes and sorts out the relevant investigations of the famous teacher studios learned in the third part,and tries to put forward the current real dilemmas faced by the three famous teacher studios in City S.They mainly include:assessment of lack of democratic leadership and common vision,insufficient internal and external supportive conditions,the team consciousness is weak.In order to solve the real dilemma,the author combined the research in the first and second parts,and tried to put forward an optimization strategy to improve the professional development ability of teachers in the operation of the famous teacher studio:motivate the democratization evaluation mechanism with a common vision,fully guarantee the active coordination of resources,and Self-development creates a harmonious atmosphere for the team,with the expectation that the famous teacher studio will give full play to its leading and exemplary role and guide teachers to improve their professional development capabilities.Part 5:Conclusion.Reviewing the entire study,I summarized two shortcomings of this study:the limited number of research samples and the in-depth investigation and research.Looking forward to more in-depth exploration in future study and research. |
