The strategic layout of comprehensively governing the country according to law has enabled the state to pay more and more attention to the important role of the education of the rule of the law in the national education system.Ideological and political course is the main path and carrier of students accepting education of rule of law.Nowadays,we must not only establish the concept of strengthening student’ education on the rule of law,but also integrate the requirement of the times and the characteristics of high school ideological and political courses in order to actively explore effective ways and methods for promoting the education of the rule of law in senior high school students.The article mainly consists of three parts:the introduction part mainly introduce the origin of the selected topic,the significance of the research,the research status of this aspect at home and abroad,the research ideas and the main methods.The text consists of the following three parts:The first part mainly discusses the general theory of law literacy and its importance.First,on the basis of previous theoretical studies,we must clarify the concept of the rule of law,make a simple distinction between the rule of law and the legal system,and then re-defining the concept of the rule of law literacy in accordance with the requirement of reality.Then it points out the core elements of the rule of law literacy:knowledge of the rule of law,thinking of the rule of law,and ambition of the rule of law.Finally,the author discusses the importance of the student’ rule of law literacy:the prevention of juvenile delinquency,the promotion of the reform of high school ideological and political courses,the protection of high school students’ healthy development of personality and the need to build a socialist country under the rule of a law,which will lay the foundation for the subsequent discussion.The second part elaborates the problems and causes of the rule of law education in high school ideological and political classes.First of all,it conducts a questionnaire survey on the status of high school student’ rule of law literacy education,and then summarizes the problems existing in the student’ rule of law literacy education in the ideological and political lesson.Finally,the author analyzes the problems existing in the student’ rule of law literacy education in the ideological and political lesson.On the basis of the theoretical and practical analysis of the first part and the second part,the third part explores the path of the development of the rule of law education in high school ideological and political education.lt includes the creation of a culture of the rule of law,active exploration of effective teaching methods,and the improvement of the rule of law of teachers,improving the education evaluation system in four aspects.
