Study On The Governance Of Private Colleges And Universities By Our Government

The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy,the era of rapid development of science and technology,and also the era of economic globalization.In the current era,talent has become the first productive force,and competition among countries,regions,and even cities has evolved into competition for talents.The competition for talents is essentially the competition in education.China has always attached great importance to the development of education.The long-term implementation of the strategy of "revitalizing China through science and education" is the best proof.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also stated: "Building a strong country in education is a fundamental project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.We must give top priority to education,speed up education modernization,and run people's satisfactory education." In education,senior education Education is the most important channel for the export of talents,and private higher education,as an important part of higher education,is increasingly valued by the state and the government.The development of privately-run higher education is an intrinsic demand for the development of China's socio-economic culture,and it is also a necessary condition for the development of higher education in China.At present,China is in a crucial period of comprehensively deepening reforms.The development of private colleges and universities is also facing many problems and challenges.As the core and leader in the governance of private colleges and universities,the government plays a crucial role in the development of private colleges and universities.This article focuses on the private colleges and universities and conducts research on government governance during its development.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which is mainly about the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research review,core concepts and theoretical foundations,research ideas and methods,including the focus of the research review and theoretical basis.The second part is the discussion of the development status and existing problems of private colleges and universities in China,and analyzes the internal and external problems existing in the development of private colleges and universities.The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the problems in the development of private colleges and universities.The related reasons are explored from the perspective of government governance,including the poor external policy environment of private colleges and universities,the government's understanding and management of private colleges and universities are not in place.The fourth part obtains some inspirations from the governance of China's private colleges and universities by comparing the experiences and experiences of the governments of the United States,Germany and Japan in private universities.The fifth part summarizes the full text and focuses on the considerations of the Chinese government in improving the governance of private colleges and universities,mainly from creating a policy environment suitable for the development of private colleges and universities,improving the level of government management services to private colleges and universities,and accelerating the management system of private higher education.Three aspects of reforms are discussed.
