Since reform and opening up, Guangdong Private Colleges & Universities have become an important component of Guangdong's higher education. However, the rapid development of private universities has accompanied with a number of problems and contradictions, especially in the building of human resources. Therefore, strengthen the building of human resources has both the meaning of theory and practice.The author investigates the Guangdong Private Colleges & Universities by interviewing and questionnaire, research and analysis the problems of human resources.The paper points out that the deficiency of Guangdong Private Colleges & Universities'human resources, the irrational of team structure, restriction of improvement for teachers, neglecting of the building of spiritual civilization, the psychological pressure of teachers, etc. And gives a rational, multi-level, multi-angle analysis to these problems. Government should create a favorable external environment, the main concept is to change the stereotype of society and improve the social status of private universities, and improve related laws and regulations, protect the people's legitimate rights and interests of teachers in colleges and universities, establish an allocation mechanism for the education market in the human resources, establish a accreditation system of teacher quality. Formulate policies and protection for private universities to attract talented people, as well as teaching evaluation, and so on. Schools should create a favorable environment within the main building a new concept of human resources, attention to the building of echelon , expand channels of teachers source, optimize the Management System of Guangdong Private Colleges Human Resource, create outstanding campus culture and so on. Through the research of human resource problems in Guangdong Private High School, we could conclude a deeper problem, that is, the policy deficiencies in private high education of Guangdong Government. And based on this to make recommendations about relative departments of Guangdong Government improving relevant policies of private high education, support and encourage the further development of private high school.
