Traditional Chinese Learning is the cultural essence of the Chinese nation with a long history.It is the cultural essence and the spiritual strength in practice.With rich life wisdom,moral ethics,philosophy of life,cultural heritage and emotional value,it is the best spiritual treasure of the Chinese nation with strong inner power.It nourishes the souls of all Chinese people in a subtle and silent way.In the status of the global integration,the classics of Traditional Chinese Learning is the root of the Chinese culture,the matrix to learn from and absorb the excellent culture of other ethnic groups and the spiritual weapon to get internationalized and meet the challenge of the times.For the primary and middle school students,the hope and future of the country and the nation.The Traditional Chinese Learning school-based teaching at school will play a key role in the Traditional Chinese Learning knowledge accumulation,the moral character,the emotional attitude,the practical experience,the ability promotion and the physical and mental development of students.This paper takes the development and implementation of the primary school Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum as the central,which has some theoretical and practical value.In the research,the Literature Research Method,the Action Research Method,the Questionnaire Survey Method and the Interview Method are adopted to discuss about the development and implementation of the primary school Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum.First of all,the paper combs the relevant research literature.It also reviews the emergence,transfer and development of Traditional Chinese Learning and reinterprets the concept of "Traditional Chinese Learning ".The important function and effect of Traditional Chinese Learning in the primary school education are summarized and analyzed as well as the value orientation of the design and construction of the primary school sinology school-based curriculum and the status of the development and implementation of the Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum.Secondly,the theoretical basis of the development of the primary school Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum as well as its implementation mode is explored and analyzed.J Primary School Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum materials are compiled according to the following four requirements.Firstly,screen the representative classics of Traditional Chinese Learning.Thirdly,the selected content is closely related to the actual life of students,observing the law of the physical and mental development of students.The level of difficulty is in accordance with their "Recent Development Zone",it can arouse the interest of students.Thirdly,it is endowed with the contemporary realistic significance and integrated with the modern thought and values for the re-creation about the classics of Traditional Chinese Learning.Refuse to copy traditional classics directly.Fourthly,there should be distinctive Traditional Chinese Learning characteristics and unique values in Traditional Chinese Learning textbooks,and the content that have appeared in Chinese textbooks should be avoided.According to the characteristics of the age structure of students,the need of their cognitive development and the attributive characteristics of the Traditional Chinese Learning knowledge,the teaching material system is divided into three Traditional Chinese Learning education gradients.In the first and second grades of primary school,it is focused on reading textbooks correctly and standardly such as "Disciple Gauge" and "San Tzu Ching".In the third and fourth grades of primary school,textbooks include "Tang Poetry" and "Song Ci".Its purpose is to carry out the aesthetic education for students,refine their mind and spirit,and pay attention to the improvement of their aesthetic level.In the fifth and sixth grades of primary school,pupils have certain Traditional Chinese Learning knowledge.Through the Classics of Pre-Qin Philosophers with a certain depth(The "Analects of Confucius";"Gu Wen Guan Zhi")and the anecdotes of celebrities with educational and reflective values in the Chinese history,it is hoped that students can experience and comprehend the philosophy of life and cultivate the personality of "the unity of knowing and the establishment of aspirations and moralities".J Primary School Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum means a separate national school curriculum combined with various teaching methods.The mode of implementation includes a formal Chinese Class and three Small Noon-reading Sinology Classes every week,the integration of the Traditional Chinese Learning knowledge education into the Chinese Class and the Music Class,and the common participation of parents and children in the study of the classics of Traditional Chinese Learning,the theme class meeting and the Traditional Chinese Learning competition.A targeted questionnaire is compiled for students,parents and teachers,and the relevant information is collected deeply through the interviews with principals and teachers.The survey finds that J Primary School Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum has achieved remarkable achievements,and the traditional knowledge,literary attainment and learning ability of students have been improved greatly as well as their physical and mental development,moral cultivation,ideological states,behavior habits,life attitude and values.The development and implementation of the Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum has improved the sinology knowledge details,the curriculum design,development and research ability and the curriculum evaluation and reflection ability of teachers.For schools,the development and implementation of the Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum has made the Traditional Chinese Learning curriculum one of characteristic curriculums.At school,on the basis of the guoxue school-based characteristic curriculum,a characteristic school moral education school-based model with the connotation of "virtue" and "learning" is constructed and formed.In addition,there are some problems in the implementation of J Primary School Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum such as the lack of the effective theoretical guidance,the implementation of the Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum in the exploration of teachers and students,the lack of allies in the process of development and implementation,the lack of partners,reference,potential,funds and equipment,the bottleneck of the development of the Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum and the disagreement of parents.According to related problems,some measures are put forward such as improving the theoretical accomplishment of the curriculum developer,seeking other development subjects,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff of the Traditional Chinese Learning school-based curriculum,creating the sinology campus environment system and forming the joint force of educators in cooperation.It is hoped to provide some reference for the construction of the sinology school-based curriculum.
