The humanistic nature of the art curriculum requires students to cultivate the humanistic spirit through the arts curriculum,and form the values of the devotion about great traditional culture in the widely cultural situation.At the same time,the education policy of our country also indicates the basic orientation of inheriting and developing excellent traditional culture.But at present,the traditional art culture teaching is relatively single,the content is more rigid,and the student's interest is weak.Therefore,the teacher in the course of teaching how to improve the students' interest in traditional culture,especially let the art be popular in the low-age children and explain the traditional art culture to them is the real problems of all art teachers.The traditional art element picture book has the basic characteristics of the children's picture book,including many paintings in books,and the story of them is lively and interesting;The combination of bold and warm traditional art elements has increased the interest and image of picture book.At the same time,the traditional cultural atmosphere in this paper is closely related to the real life of the students,and conforms to the children's cognitive development level,which is a good educational medium for children's contact and understanding of traditional culture.It is also a good choice for children's traditional art and culture education,which is an innate advantage for the arts curriculum resources.This paper is based on the traditional art element picture book as the object of the development of art curriculum resources.Through the refining and summary of the national traditional cultural policy,it is clear that the basic orientation of art education for the Chinese art education is based on traditional culture.According to the questionnaire survey and visit,the paper points out the present situation and problems of the traditional art element picture book and the direction of the curriculum improvement.This paper analyzes the relationship between the traditional art element picture book and the children's psychology,which is designed to demonstrate the possibility of a low art teaching in elementary school,and analyzes the value of the development of the art curriculum.This paper is based on the traditional art elements,based on the standard of compulsory education,according to the characteristics of painting and the humanities nature of the art course.This paper puts forward the basic concept and method of curriculumdevelopment,and is based on the introduction of traditional Chinese art culture,which is based on the development of Chinese traditional art culture.Inherit the excellent traditional art culture to provide related teaching examples.Drawing the traditional art elements as a curriculum resource,it has enriched the form of traditional art and culture teaching,and also helps children understand and accept excellent traditional art culture.The distance between it and the traditional culture will promote the generation of patriotic emotion in the process of creation.The basic concept and method of curriculum development in this paper can be used for reference for future research.
