Research On Intrinsic Characteristics And Personnel Cultivation For Distiguished Counselors At Non-publicly Funded Colleges And Universities

College counselors are the main body of undergraduate ideological and political education,and play an important role in students' daily life,learning,management and growth.In private universities,a group of high-quality counselors are trained to develop the physical and mental health of college students.There are great benefits.In March 2014,the “Professional Ability Standard of College Counsellors(Interim)” issued by the Ministry of Education proposed the construction of coaches' team from various aspects such as the basic requirements of college counselors,professional class ability standards,and career profiles.Corresponding requirements and norms also provide a clear policy orientation for the professional development of counselors.The Provisions on the Construction of Counselors for Colleges and Universities,which are stipulated and implemented by the Ministry of Education in October 2017,provide direction for deepening the professionalization and professionalization of college counselors.Compared with public institutions,the student groups of private colleges have their own particularities.This requires that the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities must meet the characteristics of their student groups.The backbone of ideological and political education is the role of counselors,and the counselors are the organizers and implementers of front-line political work.The counselors in private universities are also playing an important role in ideological and political education.Therefore,under the background of the deepening of comprehensive education reform and the in-depth development of college counselors in the development of higher education connotative development,we will scientifically clarify the personal characteristics of elite counselors in private colleges and the connotation of professional development,and summarize the internalities of outstanding counselors in private colleges and universities.The traits,in-depth exploration of the path for the training of outstanding counselors in private colleges and universities has important practical significance for strengthening the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities in the new situation.The writing ideas of this paper follow the following framework:The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background,significance,research contents and methods.It also carefully studies and combs the existing literature,so as to sort out and summarize the scientific issues and strengthen the awareness of problem research.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the concept.It is a scientific and clear definition of the concepts of private universities,excellent counselors,intrinsic characteristics,anchoring the research objects and determining the research boundaries.The third part analyzes the inherent qualities of excellent counselors in private university.Through the selection of five Nanchang private colleges as the research scope,using excellent counsellors as the research object,the survey questionnaire was compiled to investigate the intrinsic characteristics of the outstanding tutor groups,and select relevant stakeholders to conduct interviews.Deeply analyze and summarize the intrinsic characteristics of excellent counselors in private colleges and universities,and explore the common experiences and laws formed by their inherent qualities.The fourth part analyzes the influencing factors of the intrinsic characteristics of excellent instructors in private universities,combs out the causes that influence the intrinsic characteristics of excellent counselors,and finally finds countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating excellent counselors' internal characteristics.The fifth part,on the basis of the previous investigation and analysis,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate the excellent intrinsic qualities of the counselors.In view of the intrinsic characteristics of counselors in private universities,based on in-depth analysis of the influencing factors,starting from the current China's national conditions,under the guidance of the theory of personality traits,this paper puts forward suggestions and suggestions for cultivating outstanding instructors for private colleges and universities.The construction of the team provides reference opinions.
