Research On Present Circumstances Of Elementary Safety Education In Hainan Province

As the saying goes,"safety is not a small matter".Security is an important guarantee to our social development and human progress.In recent years,the safety accidents in primary and secondary schools are endless,affecting the hearts of thousands of families,and educational safety has become the hot topic of education in recent times.The safety of elementary school students is related to the stable and harmonious family and society,and education is the duty and obligation of school,society and family.Because during adolescent time the student physical and mental development is not mature yet,lack of life experience and so on,the safety of the elementary school education is particularly important,the elementary student's healthy growth and to lay a solid foundation of good habit.Government issued the safety education of elementary and secondary schools each year the laws and regulations,adopt various security measures,but still safety accidents have occurred,at the same time of grief from these mistakes,we consider how we should improve and perfect the effect of safety education.Of this study is aimed at 19 cities and counties of Hainan province elementary school safety education present situation investigation and study,on the comprehensive domestic and foreign literature and national policy analysis,combined with the safety education involves all aspects of design the questionnaire for teachers,parents and students,and teachers' interview outline to the school.After data processing and analysis,it was found that the safety education of various primary schools in Hainan province had reach certain achievements in recent years,but there were still many problems: safety education was incorporated into the teaching system;School lacks security education related resources;Lack of practice;Safety education satisfaction is low;Student safety knowledge is not in place;Students are less interested in safety education.The reasons for these problems are: test education pressure;Safety education recognition bias;Safety education implementation resource shortage;Safety education content method is single and formalized;Safety education supervision vacancy;Home school connections and students' own reasons.These are all factors that hinder the development of education in elementary schools.In view of the current problems existing in the elementary school safety education in Hainan,the author will from four aspects: the government,school,family and students put forward Suggestions for improvement,government level,speed up the school safety legislation,increase financial input in safety education,courses in safety education country,establishing safety education practice base;School level: strengthen the school's basicsecurity construction,developing the safety education teacher construction,improve the safety education contents and methods,and strengthen the safety education supervision system;At the family level,parents practice safe behavior demonstration,play the role of parents committee and actively cooperate with school activities;Finally,students themselves need to improve their learning in safety education initiative and conscientiousness.
