Research On Innovative Entrepreneurship Education Of College Students In Hainan Province

Innovation and entrepreneurship is the global engine to drive the development of knowledge economy in the 21st century, and the emergence of innovative entrepreneurial talents depends on the innovation and entrepreneurship education. It insists on people-oriented, to cultivate the comprehensive quality of people and the comprehensive development of ability as the core, through knowledge and practice Combined with the promotion of human development of socialization, internationalization and globalization,is to promote the rapid development of modern talents in colleges and universities to cultivate a new fulcrum. But it as a new type of talent training path, its current practice in China and theoretical exploration is still in the initial stage,we also need to make in-depth research and improvement.In this paper, the author studies the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and studies the advanced experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education in foreign universities. Taking the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in Hainan Province as an example, this paper investigates the existence of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hainan Province Situation, problems and causes. Finally, the paper studies the countermeasures of improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in Hainan province from six main aspects:government, society, enterprises, schools, families and students. The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the relevant background, purpose and significance of this study, and combs the current situation of the research at home and abroad, clarifies the thinking, the frame, the content and the method of the overall research,and introduces the innovation of this research.The second part is a series of overviews on the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education, including: First, the study of the meaning of innovation and entrepreneurship education, respectively, from the entrepreneurial education, innovative education to sort out, and in this analysis on innovation and entrepreneurship education Secondly, it studies the theoretical basis of innovation and entrepreneurship education,discusses the common essence of innovation entrepreneurship education and human's all-round development theory, and explains that the theory of human's all-round development is the theoretical foundation of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Thirdly, it is the realistic way to realize the growth of college students. On the other hand,it is the dual stipulation that the growth of college students is the innovation of entrepreneurship education. In order to further propose the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, the author points out that the innovation of entrepreneurship education is the realistic way to realize the growth of college students.Education to lay a full theoretical support; Fourth, the study of college students innovative entrepreneurship education concepts and objectives.The third part is the advanced experience of studying the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in foreign countries. Based on the empirical analysis of teaching curriculum, practice development, mode construction, target orientation, academic exploration and so on, the author tries to improve the innovation of college students in Hainan province The corresponding development of entrepreneurship education gives value reference.In the fourth part, taking Hainan Province as an example, this paper analyzes the existing situation, problems and causes of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hainan Province by designing questionnaires, interviewing and explaining sample sampling methods.The fifth part is to study the countermeasures of improving the innovation and education of college students in Hainan Province. From the aspects of "government management guarantee", "social collaborative promotion","enterprise participation service", "school education construction", "family education optimization" Students'individual needs"to provide a theoretical and practical reference value and strong support for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hainan Province and even throughout the country.
