To rejuvenate our country,we must develop a strong team for teaching first,therefore it has a great significance meaning to develop the socialist with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In order to establish a team for teaching with high morality,excellent skills and great professionalism,we must emphasize on strengthening ideological,political quality and professional ethical level of teachers,we must integrate the core values of Chinese socialism into education,and accordingly improving the system of professional moral construction.Normal students are the main force of team for teaching in the future,thus their vocational morality can directly influence the standard of next generation,the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The goal of normal majors in colleges and universities is to train qualified teachers for primary and secondary schools.And the vocational morality of normal students are formed closely to moral education of their colleges or universities.Based on new era,this article puts the new standards and requirements of teaching morality brought by general secretary of CPC Xi Jinping as benchmark,and defines the concept of new era,normal students and the education of vocational morality for normal students.Then,the article specifically explains the new requirements of vocational moral education for teachers under new era combining “Teachers with Four Haves” and “Four Guiders”,and analyzes the effects of enhancing the education of vocational morality for normal students under new era.Using the questionnaire as main method and interview as a supplement,this article analyzes the vocational moral education of normal students in Hainan Normal University.From the aspects of vocational cognition of teachers,identification to core values of Chinese socialism and defects of vocational moral education for normal students,this article analyzes the existing problems of vocational moral education for normal students in Hainan Normal University and the origins of those problems.After investigation and analysis,this article concludes that such problems can be divided into two aspects,of normal students or normal schools.The first aspect is the problem about vocational moral education of normal students,including divergence in cognition and notion,low vocational ethics caused by their utilitarianism and inadequate understanding to core values of Chinese socialism.And the second aspect is the problem about education of vocational morality in colleges and universities,including insufficient model education and outdated vocational moral education.Those problems are originated from three aspects.First aspect,the external cause,which is the absence of good environment of vocational moral education.Then the internal cause is that part of normal students fail to take educational practices serious and learn teacher's morality proactively.Thirdly,those problems are also closely related to incomplete vocational moral education of normal students in colleges and universities.Such incompleteness is mainly reflected by the indifferent attitude of normal colleges and universities towards vocational moral education,monotonous method of teaching moral education,and the lack of scientific assessment about teaching staff.Combining with the requirements of Teachers with Four Haves and relevant speeches of general secretary of CPC Xi Jinping,this article aims at the existing problems of normal students' morality education and gives solutions accordingly.First,a favorable environment of cultivating good teaching morality and valuing teachers and education should be created to show the emphasis to teaching morality education.Second,vocational moral education should be improved and updated with the new requirements of Teachers with Four Haves.Colleges and universities are supposed to give priority to educational practices,initiate diverse vocational moral education activities for normal students,thus making a change of the monotonous teaching method in the past;schools are also supposed to improve teaching staff and set admirable examples for normal students to strengthen their morality;schools should cultivate normal students' vocational ideal of Devoting Into the Cause of Education by training them in impoverished areas;and scientific rewarding and punishing mechanism should be established and adopted to strengthen assessment of teachers,proclaim moral models,discipline the black sheep and warn normal students.The final step is to improve the study of core values of Chinese socialism,and to make good use of the advantages of online education and the main role of ideological and political courses.And to give a full play of the model effect of ideological and political courses,social practices should be lunched to fulfill the core values of Chinese socialism.In the final analysis,normal students must work hard to strengthen their teaching morality,study willingly and concretely,fulfill core values of Chinese socialism from the heart,learn about teaching morality and fulfill it in practice.Aimed at the existing problems,the thesis puts forward the corresponding solutions: perfecting the teachers' professional ethics education in colleges and making the socialist core values run through the professional ethics education of normal students;building a good atmosphere that suits the development of teachers' ethics,respect the teachers and value education so as to highlight the importance to teachers' ethics education;combining with the new requirements of “good teachers with four havings” to update the content of the professional ethics education of normal students.
