| In the new era,China’s education is constantly moving towards the goal of high level and high quality.The higher and stricter requirements of educators’ professional ethics and personal morality were put forward.China is a large country in education,and normal university students are the first choice to meet the supply of education quality,and they undertake the important mission of cultivating new forces for the national education cause.For some normal university students who are currently serving as an educational reserve force,they still have problems such as poor knowledge,weak emotion,weak will and insufficient practice of teachers’ professional ethics.They urgently need to solve these problems to meet the demands of teacher development in the new era.The effective development of the cultivation of teachers’ professional ethics can not only improve the moral quality of normal university students,but also promote the national quality,social and national civilization.This paper employs literature method,questionnaire,and comparative analysis method to study.The paper consists of four parts: the first part mainly introduces the background and significance of research,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and innovation points.The second part defines the relevant concepts of teachers’ professional ethics,and summarizes the cultivation content of teacher’s professional ethics of normal university students,covering improve the cognition of teachers’ professional ethics,edify teachers’ professional ethics,firm ethics and faith and carry out the behavior of teachers’ professional ethics.And it expounds the importance of the teachers’ professional ethics cultivation in normal university students.That is,it helps to realize the personal survival,development and happiness of normal university students,helps to improve the quality and education level of teachers in normal university and helps to promote the development of national education and national rejuvenation.The third part uses questionnaire survey to investigate the cultivation of normal university students in three normal universities in Liaoning Province.Through the analysis,it is found that the current cultivation goal of teachers’ professional ethics needs to be further clarified,the cultivation content needs to be enriched,the cultivation method still needs to be expanded,and the evaluation mechanism needs to be improved.In view of these problems,this paper mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in cultivating teachers’ professional ethics.That is,the personal cultivation is not enough,the teachers’ professional ethics level needs to be improved,the school ethics cultivation system is defective and the impact of circumstances is bad.The fourth part presents detailed cultivation plans from four aspects: normal university students strengthen their own teachers’ professional ethics,teachers improve their professional ethics consciously,schools strengthen the construction of teachers’ professional ethics cultivation system and create a good environment for social collaborative education.It aims to improve the comprehensive quality of normal university students,steadily promote the innovation of education system in normal universities,and joining new forces for developing education modernization and building a powerful country in education. |
