| In recent years,the state education policy has made new adjustments.With the formulation of the "the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020”,the proposal of "the core qualities of Chinese students’ development" and the reform of the college entrance examination policy,career education has gradually become the concern of educators.Senior high school students are at the important stage of career development.How to improve the management level of career education in senior high school and to ensure the realization of career education goals is an important issue that schools should consider as managers.Through literature research,this study illuminates the theoretical meaning and the content of career education and the scope of career education management.Then "Questionnaire on Career Education Management in Senior High Schools" comes into being.Questionnaires and interviews are conducted among students and teachers in a senior high school in Tianjin.Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaires and interviews,the research fully understands the current status of case school in senior high school career education management.Through the analysis,the main problems in the management of case school career education are as follows:poor effect of career education management in senior two and senior three;lack of system management in career education management;unbalanced planning of the career education courses in senior grades,lack of review of course content and course evaluation,and no guarantee of regular course;lack of supervision and management in the form of career education courses;deficiency of resource support in career education.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the management of high school career education in case schools:attach importance to the scientific nature of the education management and eliminate the "fault" phenomenon in the career education;really value the management of career education from the inside to the outside and refuse to "blindly follow the wind";give full play to the characteristics of departmental management and strengthen cooperation among departments;pay attention to the important position of "people" in the management of career education,stimulate the participation of teachers and students,strengthen the management of scientific research in career education,improve the construction of professional teachers,strengthen the management of career education,promote teachers’ exchange of lessons,bring career education into Teaching evaluation system,strengthen the management of resource and strengthen the construction of school public relations. |
