With the change of the times,the form of labor and the connotation of occupation are constantly changing.People need to have new knowledge and skills,the consciousness and ability of independent planning to adapt to the development of society.Education is an important way to cultivate talents.We should face the times and cultivate talents with independent planning consciousness and ability to adapt to social development and changes.Career planning education is a response to the changes of the times,which can build a bridge to social life for students and promote their personalized and social development.The implementation of the new college entrance examination system not only gives students the right to choose,but also challenges their ability to choose.It is an inevitable trend to carry out career planning education in senior high school.Based on Ginsberg's youth career development theory,Dewey's vocational education view and schuber's career development stage theory of vocational education,this study selects 877 students and 119 teachers from several ordinary high schools in Yueyang City of Hunan Province as the research objects,investigates and sorts out the current situation of career planning education in ordinary high schools,and analyzes students' awareness of career planning and students' career planning.It concludes that there are five problems in the implementation process of career planning education: narrow and unclear educational objectives,unbalanced educational content,relatively single educational form,insufficient construction of educational resources,and lack of educational professionalism.This paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems based on the problem orientation,the main reasons are that the high school does not fully understand the nature and tasks of high school education,lacks the guarantee of policies and funds,lacks the construction of professional teachers,lags behind the construction of evaluation mechanism,and does not form educational cooperation with parents and society.Based on the objective conditions and the root causes of the above problems,the optimization countermeasures are put forward from four aspects: cognition,implementation way,evaluation system and guarantee mechanism.Firstly,it is necessary to enhance the understanding of career planning education and establish clear educational objectives;secondly,it is necessary to expand the implementation ways of career planning education and enrich its educational forms;thirdly,it is necessary to build a scientific and effective evaluation system of career planning education to guide and regulate the development of career planning education;finally,it is necessary to improve the guarantee mechanism of career planning education and provide reference for the development of career planning education Strong support.
