| The reform of the new college entrance examination is gradually entering the deep water area,and provinces have successively introduced new reform plans for the college entrance examination.The reform falls on the two keywords of "selection" and "examination".The new plan has changed the traditional college entrance examination model.The "3+X" selective examination model has increased students’ right to choose,and students have changed from "passive choice" to "active" select".In the wave of reforms,ordinary high schools urgently need to effectively guide students to understand themselves(interests,hobbies,abilities,and life values),understand college majors and social careers,and help students choose college entrance examination subjects independently,thereby affecting their personal career planning.In the context of giving priority to the development of education,the scientific implementation of career education in ordinary senior high schools is both a natural move and a necessary measure.The study of career can be described as the study of adaptability.Gu Yun "responds to all changes with the unchangeable"."Change" aims to adapt to the trend of development and also to grasp the fate of one’s life in an uncontrollable future.The implementation of the new college entrance examination reform plan gives students more choices.The choices of subjects,majors,and life faced by students are the prerequisites for career planning.Therefore,ordinary high schools must meet the challenges of the times and comprehensively promote career education.Through reasonable career education,the school helps students understand themselves,recognize the environment,learn to manage their careers,and initially complete their career choices to help students develop in the future.This research takes the implementation status of life education in Tianjin X Middle School as the research object.Through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method,in-depth investigation,sorts out the problems exposed since the implementation of the school’s career education,and proposes optimized countermeasures based on the reasons.Based on the background of the urgent requirements of the new domestic college entrance examination reform system for the implementation of career education,this research summarizes the effective experience of domestic and foreign career education through combing domestic and foreign documents,and analyzes the current situation by reviewing the development process of domestic and foreign general high school career education research Therefore,the framework of this paper is determined and the research significance of the paper is clarified.And by analyzing Super ’s career development theory and humanism theory,constructing a theoretical guidance framework,providing a theoretical basis for schools to carry out empirical research on career education.Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,the author investigated the current implementation of life education in Tianjin X Middle School,and concluded that the current problems in the implementation of life education in this school are: the deviation of the value orientation of life education,the lack of perfect career curriculum system,and the implementation of career education by teachers.Lack of education literacy and insufficient career education management.Based on the status quo,further analysis of the above-mentioned problems resulted from the following: the actual environment for the implementation of life education needs to be improved,the system guarantee of life education needs to be improved,and the management system of life education needs to be updated urgently.The author refers to the valuable experience of the specific implementation of career education at home and abroad,and aims at the problems of the school’s career education,and optimizes it from three aspects: social environment,administrative policy and school management: improve the actual environment for the implementation of career education;strengthen the top-level design;enlarge the school Career education management intensity.It aims to promote schools and students to reach an agreement on the development of career education,and promote the better implementation of career education in ordinary senior high schools in the domestic reality. |
