Research On The Responsibilities And Responsibilities Of Modern Vocational Colleges In Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture

With the national governance system and the modernization of governance can be put forward,the governance of vocational education has become an important part of its governance;economic and industrial restructuring and upgrading,increasing international competition,made in China,China to create a rising,high-end technology skills The demand for talents has not increased yet,and the important strategic position of vocational education has been constantly highlighted.The governance of vocational education has become a breakthrough in development.In the system of vocational education governance,the main body of governance is at the front of the management system,and the ultimate goal of governance is good governance,and the diversification of the main body of governance is put forward.Combined with the previous studies on the management of vocational education,such as the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the grouping of vocational education,we can see that in order to achieve the diversification of the main body of vocational education,we must clarify the responsibilities,powers and interests of all subjects.To understand the division of responsibility,authority and interest of modern vocational education institutions in frontier ethnic minority areas and to supervise and evaluate the related issues of all participating parties will be the key to achieving effective governance in vocational education.Therefore,the author chooses the research on the principal and the right of governance of modern vocational education institutions in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture as the research object.This research mainly takes education theory,governance theory and scientific management theory as theoretical basis.The author uses the literature research,questionnaire survey and field observation and other ways to carry out research.During the course of investigation and research,questionnaires were mainly filled out for students and teachers in vocational schools.Individual interviews were conducted with some leaders of education departments,trade associations,enterprises and institutions and vocational colleges,and field trips to student internships.Through the research,I found that there are some problems in the governance of vocational education schools in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture: one is the lack of participation and dislocation,the dislocation of education management department,the absence of industry associations,enterprises and institutions,the absence of teachers and teachers;Is that each subject has a weak awareness of its own responsibility and division of responsibilities,rights and interests.Third,there is a lack of coordination and evaluation among the participating parties.Fourth,vocational schools lack autonomy in governance.Based on the existing research results,relevant theories and current situation of investigation and research,the author puts forward some corresponding considerations: First,it clearly expounds the importance of governance of modern vocational education and the importance of governance subject in theory,arouses reflection and awareness from the ideological point of view;Second,we should clarify and standardize the responsibilities,powers and interests of the participants in the system so as to have the necessary rules and laws to follow.Third,encourage multiple subjects to actively participate in the governance of modern vocational education from the main body to form the pluralistic Fourth,in the process of governance,according to the rules and regulations,consultations among all the parties,democracy,equality,the formation of common governance model;Fifth,the results of the governance,the mutual supervision and coordination between the various subjects,objective and fair assessment,and promote the effectiveness of governance real effective.
