Because of government failure and market failure,since the 1980 s,the governance theory which marked significant characteristics for the main centers of power beyond and the transcendence of the traditional management pattern and the transcendence of the traditional human nature assumption,first arose in the western countries.Sparked governments from traditional administrative paradigm to the governance paradigm change.Currently our country is in a period of social transition,the third plenary session of the 18 explicitly put national governance system and modern governance ability in the core of the future political plans.Vocational education is the important basis for the development of economic and social transformation,for restructuring,upgrading plays an important role,but our country vocational education quality level is not fully meet the needs of economic and social development,there are a series of deep-seated problems,these problems is closely related to the traditional way of vocational education governance exists,thus deepening the reform of vocational education field and promote the modern vocational education governance is of great significance.This topic main research content includes what is a modern vocational education?What are defects in the traditional vocational education governance?In view of the modern vocational education present situation,we should adopt what kind of governance?How to build the basic model of modern vocational education governance?The essence of modern vocational education governance attributes embodied in what respect?Full text altogether includes six chapters,the first chapter discusses the background of this study,combing the relevant governance and vocational education governance at home and abroad about the results,this paper expounds the governance theory and the research status of vocational education governance,expounds the value and significance of this study,and puts forward the research methods of this article.The second chapter defining the core concepts about the modern vocational education,the essence of modern vocational education governance,and properties.This paper discusses the change of vocational education concept connotation and denotation in the modernity horizon.This paper discusses the differences and relationship between governance and management,construct the research way ofmodern vocational education governance essential attribute,lay the conceptual framework for further analyzing the essential attribute of vocational education governance.The third,fourth and fifth chapters are the core of this research results.This part analyzes the management status of vocational education and vocational education governance state in the future.Combed the related experience in reform practice at home and abroad.Integrated use of multi-disciplinary theory to explore and define the nature of modern vocational education governance,demonstrates the essential attribute of modern vocational education governance are the value orientation of human nature,the dualism of the governance target of generative and the dualism of the means of governance.Finally,the sixth chapter summarize the content of this study and proposed vision for the future.
