| Objective:To analyze the effect of using the hierarchical teaching method for table tennis in ordinary high school,to clarify the effect of the hierarchical teaching method on table tennis teaching,and to put forward some suggestions for adopting the hierarchical method in the teaching of table tennis in high school.Research methods:this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics,interview,etc.to study the application of hierarchical teaching methods in high school table tennis teaching,and selects Shenzhen Second Foreign Language School students as the research object.In table tennis teaching,teaching analysis is carried out in a hierarchical way.Results:Physical education is an important part of school education.It is also an important part of fully implementing quality education.It is closely combined with moral education and intellectual education,and plays an important role in the training of talents.Ordinary high school sports and health curriculum implement "the fundamental task of moral education","health first" as the guiding ideology,emphasizing the fitness function of educating people,attaches great importance to cultivating core literacy of students,to set up knowledge and skill,process and method,emotion attitude and values curriculum objectives and curriculum structure in organic combination;emphasis on physical fitness,sports skills and sports culture learning at the same time,the fusion of health education knowledge and methods related to growth and students,students focus on health and safety consciousness and form a good way of life,pay attention to training the students’initiative,not afraid of difficulties,self challenge,tenacious struggle,the pursuit of excellence,unity and cooperation,fair competition and compliance the rules of sports morality,promote the physical and mental health of students physique strong,all-round development.Table tennis is known as "national ball" in our country.It is one of the major sports projects in China.The 2017 edition of the "ordinary high school sports and health curriculum standards" in the table tennis as a compulsory teaching content.Table tennis is interesting,practical and fitness,and is deeply loved and participated by all ages.Table tennis is also highly technical.In Shenzhen’s second foreign language school,table tennis teaching usually adopts traditional teaching methods,which has many shortcomings and can not arouse students’ enthusiasm.Hierarchical teaching method is a teaching method explored in practice.It divides different teaching objects into different teaching levels according to the level of motor skills,and completes different teaching objectives.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental teaching method,statistical analysis method and interview method,to explore the application of hierarchical teaching method in the teaching of table tennis in high school,this study selected the Shenzhen second foreign language school students,adopt hierarchical teaching method in the teaching of table tennis,and achieved good the teaching effect,to improve the construction of students’ enthusiasm,good relationship between teachers and students,promote has important significance to students’consciousness of lifelong sports and promote the all-round development of students,so teachers should have a deep understanding of the hierarchical teaching methods,actively adopt hierarchical teaching methods,teaching in Table Tennis Teaching,improve the teaching effect. |
