Problems And Countermeasures Of High School Students' Public Participation

With the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,the state is transformed from "management" to "governance".Under the guidance of the concept of "good governance",governments at all levels change from management to service functions,strive to build a service-oriented government,and pay more attention to the role of citizens in political and social public affairs.It is the good time for high school students to enter the society and exercise public participation.At present,there are many problems in the public participation of high school students.Only by making clear the problems and reasons of the present public participation can the school and teachers have the remedy to improve the students' ability to participate in public participation.The first part is mainly about public participation and its significance to high school students.Firstly,the connotation of public participation is defined,and public participation is not only the participation in political life,but also the participation of social public affairs.The basic content of public participation mainly includes public participation awareness,public participation knowledge and public participation ability.The questionnaire survey mainly starts from three aspects.Secondly,the significance of public participation in high school students is briefly stated.The second part mainly points out the main problems of public participation by high school students from the analysis of survey data.From the perspective of public participation awareness,high school students' public participation awareness is totally strong,but the actual participation behavior is very little.From the perspective of public participation knowledge,high school students have insufficient knowledge of public participation and lack of practical knowledge.From the perspective of public participation ability,the public participation ability of high school students is obviously insufficient and irrational.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of public participation in high school students.Under the background of education,students' extracurricular public participation is absent,so students can only study and test.Ideological and political class as the main field of students' public participation quality cultivation,teaching efficiency is very low.In addition,the school's public participation condition is absent and teachers'public participation is low.It is the important reason for high school students' lack in public participation.The fourth section is mainly the countermeasure research on public participation of high school students.First,the education concept must be changed to improve the public participation of high school students in schools and teachers.Secondly,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of ideological and political classes,improve teaching efficiency and cultivate students' ability of public participation.Thirdly,it is necessary to enrich students' extracurricular public participation practice,so that students can improve their ability of public participation in experience and practice.Finally,in the information age,we should make full use of network resources and properly guide students' public participation.
