With the continuous development of the new curriculum reform,the core literacy has become a hot field for scholars to study.The 2017 ideological and political Curriculum Standard of Senior High School clearly points out that the core literacy of ideological and political course in senior high school is mainly four:political identity,awareness of the rule of law,scientific spirit and public participation.The curriculum goal of ideological and political course in senior high school is to train students to have these four core qualities of ideological and political course.Political identity,awareness of the rule of law and scientific spirit should be implemented through public participation,so it is imperative to cultivate the literacy of public participation of senior high school students.In this paper,the author first defines the concept of public participation and literacy of public participation.This paper analyzes the significance of cultivating senior high school students' public participation literacy,then analyzes the current situation and causes of high school students' public literacy by analyzing the interview records of questionnaire,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems.In addition to the introduction,this paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the connotation of public participation core literacy.First of all,according to the definition of public participation and the definition and understanding of public participation literacy in other related literature,this part defines public participation literacy:it not only refers to the enrichment of high school students' public participation knowledge and the correct attitude of public participation,but also refers to a kind of literacy that high school students should have when they participate in public affairs and have a certain impact and maintain public interests;and It refers to the enhancement of high school students' participation ability and practical ability.It mainly includes the knowledge of public participation,the ability of public participation and the attitude of public participation.Then it further analyzes the significance of cultivating the public participation literacy,including:it is conducive to the promotion of high school students' public participation ability,it is conducive to the development of high school students' practical ability,and it is conducive to the practice of other core literacy of high school students.The second part is the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of high school students' public participation.First of all,through the analysis of questionnaire results and interview records,the paper analyzes the current situation of high school students' public participation literacy from three aspects:the knowledge level of high school students' public participation(the basic knowledge of high school students' public participation has been preliminary,but the relevant knowledge is still lacking);the public participation ability level of high school students(the ability of high school students to participate in school public affairs has been preliminary,but The ability to participate in social public affairs is still insufficient);the attitude level of public participation of senior high school students(the attitude of public participation of senior high school students is more positive but not correct).Then combined with the interview records of students and teachers and the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems,mainly including:the school does not pay enough attention to the ideological and political course,which affects the cultivation of public participation literacy;the teaching content lacks procedural knowledge,and the students lack of learning related content;the psychological development of high school students is not mature,and the ability of rational analysis is poor;affected by the school management system,the students The lack of participation space,the formalization of school values education,and the lack of infiltration of relevant values.The third part is the countermeasure research on the cultivation of high school students' public participation literacy.This part mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and interview,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the following aspects in combination with the author's teaching practice experience:reasonable design of teaching objectives,reflecting the cultivation of public participation literacy;continuous optimization of teaching content,increasing students' public participation experience;continuous innovation of teaching forms,promoting students' participation in learning;teachers' change of teaching concepts,Enhance students' awareness of participation,improve the traditional campus management system,and improve students'ability of public participation. |
