With the continuous development of educational philosophy of science and technology museum,the development of maker education has become a newest development trend in the field of science and technology museum.Through the analysis of the concept of maker education and the development trend of science and technology museum,we can see that the combination of science and technology museum and maker education has a natural fit,the advantages of maker education can promote the knowledge innovation of science and technology museum,stimulate the innovation of the training mode and will be helpful to the promotion and change of the education of science and technology museum.However,as a new type of education,the academic community has so far rarely carried out on the status quo and strategy construction of the maker education in science and technology museums.Therefore,this study has carried out the field investigation in China Science and Technology Museum,Shanghai Science and Technology Museum,Zhejiang Science and Technology Museum,Nanjing Science and Technology Museum,and interviewed with the supervisors and teachers in charge of the Science and Technology Museums to analyze classification and activity model,learning and education model,assessment process,development trend of maker education in the science and technology museums.Then combined with the research results,this study points out the problems of current domestic maker education,such as a single form of activities,the lack of evaluation criteria and systems,activities to deviate from the scheduled orbit and other issues.In view of these problems,this study firstly puts forward that the domestic science and technology museums should follow the principles of popularization,authenticity learning,cooperation and subjectivity,and then construct the implementation in pre-activity&during-activity&after-activity stages,and finally,some specific practices at home and abroad are integrated to discuss the issues on teachers,security and original,from which a scheme of feasible principles and reference that can be used by the domestic science and technology museums.
