Tennis Referee Group Characteristics Research Of Henan Province

With the rapid development of tennis in our country,the tennis industry in Henan Province has made great strides in both competition and organization of international competitions.However,the development of tennis refereeing business is far from the competitive level of tennis and the ability of organizing events.The number of referees at the international level and the number of referees in the country is obviously low,which is the main factor that restricts the development of the referee undertaking in Henan Province.In order to promote the more active and rapid development of the tennis industry in Henan Province,it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for the development of tennis refereeing in our province.This research aims at the current situation and development trend of tennis referees at Grade 2 and above in Henan Province,and elaborates on the current development of Henan Province's tennis referees.It summarizes the group characteristics of Henan tennis referees,and thus expands Henan The provincial tennis referee team has promoted the further development of all levels of tennis referees in Henan Province,provided a theoretical basis for the development of the Henan tennis referee team,and provided a useful reference for a better construction of the Henan Province tennis referee team.This article uses the literature research method,the survey method,the mathematical statistics method and the logical analysis method and other relevant research methods to investigate and study the tennis referee group of Grade 2 and above in Henan Province.Survey results show:(1)The number of second grade referees and first-grade referees in Henan Province can basically meet the needs of the events.The number of national referees and international referees is relatively low,and the number of female referees is significantly lower than that of male referees;Uneven distribution,the number of referees in provincial capital cities is far more than the number of local referees,the number of high-level referees across the city is relatively lacking.(2)The gender and age composition of tennis referees has gradually evolved toward a rational and scientific orientation.Young referees have a positive attitude towards the development of tennis referees.With the increase in the number of young female referees,the young women's understanding of the referees' work has increased.As the concept changed,the overall development momentum of the referee team tends to be good.(3)The professional composition of the referees' group is dominated by teachers.The international referees and national referees under investigation are all physical education teachers in colleges and universities.Among the first-grade referees,the number of coaches and teachers is relatively high,while the second grade is Among referees,coaches and referees of other professions occupy a larger proportion.(4)The referee's academic structure is relatively reasonable,the number of tennis referees with graduate or above degree gradually increases,the number of referees with undergraduate degrees occupies a larger proportion in the total number;the number of referees with professional tennis player background is too small,physical education institute There is a large proportion of tennis and student amateur tennis amateurs.(5)The referee has a relatively short duration of adjudication.Most of the second-tier referees did not hold the provincial level or above;the referee's business level needs to be improved,and some referees cannot even master the specific flow of the tennis match;the referee's English speaking ability and the level of computer operation are relatively common.Most referees cannot skillfully use the computer to arrange;the referee's ability to handle needs to be further improved.(6)The referee's registration and selection methods are relatively single,which reduces the enthusiasm of the referees;the referee's assessment system is too traditional and has many drawbacks;the long interval between referees' training is not conducive to the referee's training.Ping network center and sports bureaus of various cities should pay more attention.(7)There are many problems in the training process for the referees: the training management is not strict,the training forms are not fixed,the training content is not practical,and the training time is not the most important factor.
