Since its establishment,the football referee class of Beijing Sports University has trained many excellent referees,and the construction of the football referee team of Beijing Sports University has not only improved the quality of the referee team,but also optimized the age structure of the refereeing team.With the rapid development of football at home and abroad,the ability requirements of referees are more and more stringent,this paper through the new situation of international football referee class students to study,find out the international football referee class special and non-special students exist advantages and short board,for the future teaching and team building to provide improved advice and reference,improve the quality of the international referee class team.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,field investigation,video analysis,mathematical statistics,testing and other research methods to draw conclusions.Conclusions are as follows:1.There are 18 students in the international soccer referee class of Beijing sport university,all of whom are first-grade referees.Among the 18 students,8 have national level 2 athlete certificates and 10 are students of general subjects.The class as a whole is younger than the previous judging class,with the youngest up to 23 years old.2.The performance of special students in video penalty test is higher than that of non-special students,and the performance of special students in video penalty test is better.The English level of non-special students is higher than that of special students,and the English level of non-special students is higher than that of special students.3.Both special and non-special students showed a high level of repeated sprint running ability,and the performance of non-special students was better than that of special students in endurance quality and speed sensitivity quality tests,indicating that the students of non-special subjects had more development space and better performance in endurance and speed sensitivity quality.4.The results of the special students in the consistency and correctness of the application of rules,the accuracy of the penalty and the ability to manage the game were higher than those of the non-special students,and the results of the special students in the understanding of football tactics and strategies were higher and reached an excellent level.The ability to run and choose positions the performance of non-specialized students is slightly higher than that of specialized students.Both groups achieved the same level of competence in the management of the competition.5.In the comparison of psychological quality,the non-specialized students performed better in the distribution of attention and stability,and the special and non-specialized students had less ability to resist interference,but showed a good level of self-willpower.Non-special subject students are more fond of referees,and the motivation of special and non-special subject students is mostly due to love.Special and non-special students in the comparison of psychological quality should focus on strengthening,improve the necessary quality of the referee.
