Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers Under The Background Of "Four Modernizations"

The report of the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China explicitly pointed out that we must adhere to the road of new industrialization,urbanization,informationization,and agricultural modernization,and promote the simultaneous development of industrialization,urbanization,informationization,and agricultural modernization.On this basis,the party's report on the Nineteenth Congress put forward the strategy of revitalizing the countryside.The simultaneous development of "four modernizations" is an important carrier for solving rural problems.The most fundamental factor in the development of agriculture and rural areas lies in people.Therefore,studying the simultaneous development of "four modernizations" is of great significance to the study of new professional farmers.This article uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,induction and other studies.After combing the background of simultaneous development of "four modernizations" and the cultivation of mutual relations among new professional farmers,it was found that the simultaneous development of "four modernizations" put forward new requirements for the concept,cultivation environment,cultivation content,and cultivation methods of new professional farmers..Therefore,the author selected 207 new professional peasant students from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University to conduct surveys.The survey found that the current problems in cultivating mainly include the inability of cultivating work to reflect new development concepts,and the training content cannot adapt to the "four modernizations" simultaneous development and cultivation system.Insufficient integration of information,the results of the new professional farmer cultivation can not meet the requirements of simultaneous development of "four modernizations".The reasons for this,we believe,are mainly due to the fact that the new concept of development has not penetrated deeply into people's minds,nurturing the subject's unclear understanding of the simultaneous development background of the "four modernizations",the current imperfect cultivation system,and the incompleteness of the new professional farmers' cultivation system.Based on the above analysis,the study believes that the current cultivation should do the following:First,change the concept of development under the guidance of the new development concept;second,cultivate the new professional farmers into the main force of rural revitalization;The requirement of simultaneous development is an important cultivation content.Fourth,it constantly improves the related system construction.Fifth,information technology is used to promote the modernization of the cultivation system.
