| The public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities bear the work of physical education,sports training and scientific research,however,in recent years,the public P.E.teachers in colleges and universities often show the problems or phenomena such as job burnout,negative work,psychological anxiety and body overdraft,which affect the promotion of physical education quality.With the continuous advancement of PE teaching reform in colleges and universities,higher requirements are put forward on the professional quality,professional knowledge and skills of college public P.E.teachers.Especially in the new era,the construction of the teacher ranks the unprecedented height,the college public Physical Education teachers ushered in a new period of development opportunities,but at the same time facing greater challenges and pressure.This study used the literature review method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method and so on,the Dalian University public Physical education teacher occupational pressure and the coping strategy research.Draw the following conclusion: Dalian College public P.E.teachers have a certain degree of occupational pressure.The difference of the pressure of teaching and scientific research of public P.E.teachers with different genders is significant,the female teachers are slightly higher than male teachers,and the public P.E.teachers with different ages and different seniority have significant differences in teaching research,assessment and career development;the difference of occupational pressure among public P.E.teachers with different academic degrees The difference of occupational pressure among public PE teachers with different titles is very significant;the difference of occupational pressure between public P.E.teachers with different income is remarkable;the difference of occupational pressure among public P.E.teachers with different marital status is significant.Dalian the influence factors of college public P.E.teachers ’ occupational pressure include: teaching and research,evaluation and assessment,career development,social status,interpersonal relationship five aspects.Teaching and scientific research and evaluation to Dalian College public Physical Education teachers to bring moderate and serious pressure,become Dalian College public Physical Education teachers the main factors affecting the occupational pressure.Compared with teaching research and evaluation,the pressure on career development is slightly smaller,but it is obviously higher than the social status and interpersonal relationship,while the socialstatus and interpersonal relationship show mild and moderate pressure,some PE teachers think there is no pressure,very few think there is serious pressure.Dalian the coping strategies of college public P.E.teachers ’ Occupational Pressure:(1)The establishment of scientific research system in universities to improve the level of teaching and research ability;(2)The Department of Sports to improve the assessment of evaluation content,promote the classification evaluation;(3)The teacher completes the career plan,establishes the love hillock professionalism;(4)The Education Department attaches importance to college sports and promotes the status of P.E.teachers;(5)Strengthen communication and communication between teachers and students and establish harmonious interpersonal relationship.By investigating and analyzing the basic situation,influencing factors and coping strategies of public P.E.teachers ’ occupational pressure in colleges and universities,the paper aims to alleviate the occupational pressure and improve the physical and mental health of Dalian College public PE teachers,so as to arouse the attention of the Education Department and the Society to Dalian the occupational stress and mental heath It enriches the research results of the professional pressure of P.E.teachers,and provides some theoretical basis and reference value for the professional pressure and related research of the public P.E.teachers in our country. |
