In order to study the relationship and the mechanism of job demand,job resource,the five personality and job burnout.This research adopts five personality scale(NEO-FFI),job burnout inventory(MBI-GS),job requirement scale,work-family conflict scale,perceived organizational support scale and decision-making autonomy scale to survey 540 teachers in primary and secondary schools of Changsha and 452 valid date were collected.Descriptive statistics,reliability test,validity test,independent sample test,single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used.Conclusions show that:(1)The overall job burnout level of teachers is not high.There has no significant difference in gender,age,working age and marital status,and there has significant difference in educational.(2)Job demand,job resource and the five personality all have different degrees of correlation with the dimensions of job demand.(3)Perceived organizational support has significant negative predictive effect on cynicism.Neuroticism has significant positive predictive effect on exhaustion and cynicism.Workload,decision-making autonomy and conscientiousness has significant negative predictive effect on inefficacy.(4)Decision-making autonomy and neuroticism moderates the relationship between workload and exhaustion.Perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between workload and cynicism.Agreeableness moderates the relationship between workload and inefficacy.Neuroticism moderates the relationship between work-family conflict and exhaustion.
