| Quality education in senior high schools is the inevitable requirement to adapt to modern education,and is an essential way to improve students’ comprehensive quality and cultivate all-round talents.At present,the development of quality education activities in high school in China is generally good,but there is too much emphasis on teaching cultural knowledge and neglecting the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality.In this regard,the introduction of the concept of project management is necessary to promote the development of quality education activities,to improve the comprehensive quality of high school students,and to better adapt to college life and meet the needs of the society.Therefore,this paper applies the theory of project management to the deployment of quality education.It not only meets the needs of the personality development of the contemporary high school students,but also lays the foundation for the healthy growth and success of the students.It is able to conduct all-around control of quality education in a more orderly and efficient way,and has a correct guiding role in promoting A quality education in senior high schools.The concept of project management is introduced into the activity management of quality education.Starting with the theory and practice,the author first expounds the related theory of project management and the related theory of quality education,defines the concept of the project management of quality education,and expounds its characteristics around two aspects: the goal and the optimization of resources.Secondly,through the field investigation and centralized discussion of A high school,and through the form of questionnaire,the questionnaire survey is carried out in two aspects of teachers and students,and the quality education management model is thoroughly analyzed and summarized,and the current reality and the existence of psychological health education and ideological and moral education three are analyzed objectively.Based on the three aspects of full identity and excellent teachers,this paper puts forward the feasibility of quality oriented education project management.Then,the project management system of A high school students’ quality education is constructed from four aspects: project start,project planning,project implementation and project closure.The project management system is applied to the quality education of A high school students.Finally,according to the actual situation of the A high school quality education activities,this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from five aspects,such as changing the education concept,striving for multi support and establishing the evaluation mechanism,so as to ensure the successful application of the project management in the implementation process of the quality education of the high school students in A. |
