Design And Realization Of Teaching And Research Project Management System In Shaanxi Province

In the information age, information construction level has become an important index to measure the developing degree of a country or region. In the field of education, educational informationization is an important force of promoting educational reform and innovation, creating unprecedented opportunities for the reform of the traditional education and the cultivation of innovative talents. The informatization of education management is the foundation of educational informatization, and the information of education scientific research management is an important part of the informatization of education management, it is an effective way to improve the quality of education scientific research information management and reduce the management cost and obtain the optimum benefits. In the job of education scientific research management, with the using of information management technology and method, the education and scientific research departments have more energy into the scientific planning, promotion of achievements and other work, improve the quality and efficiency of scientific research process.Based on the full understanding of the current situation of domestic provincial education scientific research management, the traditional education of scientific research management methods and existing problems are analyzed. According to the actual needs of Shaanxi Institute of scientific research management department, summarizing and sorting out the suitable processes and requirements for Shaanxi Province native education scientific research project management, designing and developing the Shaanxi province education scientific research management system according to the research of the whole life cycle, realized the education scientific research management networking and information. The specific work of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper investigated the project management business process of Shaanxi Institute of scientific research management departments over the years, forming the system requirement analysis in detail, including the system’s overall construction objectives, business processes, functional requirements and non functional requirements, showing the relationship between different roles the user and its operation in the form of use case diagram, on this basis, established the functional structure model of project management system. Secondly, each module of the system were designed in detail, including each link function description and flow chart of the program design, at the same time using SQL Server 2012 as the database management system, and analyzed the database needs, and designed the database concept structure, logic structure and physical structure. Finally, using ASP.NET technology, three layer design mode based on MVC, developed the system, after the preliminary development, according to the basic process of software testing, tested and improved the system interface, function, performance and safety, at last,realized each function of the system function. The function of the system covers the basic project management of the basic operations, including the subject notice issued, subject online declaration, experts project review, submitting the project materials by classification, concluding declaration, submitting expert concluding review and consult subject achievement, has realized the online management of the subject from the declaration to the end of the whole process, in the system, the declaration and classification and sub stage review are the mainly business module. In the last part of the research, summarized the design and implementation of the system, pointed the inadequacies of the existing system, in order to constantly update and improve.The design and development of the system, making the Shaanxi institute of scientific research management departments realize information management of teaching and scientific research to be possible, provide a certain reference for the information construction of provincial scientific research management.
