From the perspective of social ecosystems,this article uses qualitative research methods to conduct in-depth interviews with the parties involved in primary school campus bullying and friends,parents,teachers,and school administrators of XX migrant children in elementary schools,and in accordance with educational narrative research methods,to bully parties and The system explained and explored the characteristics of school bullying in primary schools for migrant children,and understood the impact of these systems on school bullying awareness,prevention and coping strategies,and the perception and interaction of bullying parties.This study found:1.Characteristics of primary school bullying: Campus bullying usually occurs after lunch breaks and after school;bullying occurs frequently in classrooms and near classrooms;campus bullying usually takes physical actions,language attacks/insults,tools,and destruction of objects.Occurrence time,form of expression,scene characteristics;2.In primary school bullying,the perception of bullying and being bullied is inconsistent,and the relationship between the two is complex;3.In the primary school campus bullying,the internal interaction method of the family system will affect primary school students' perception of bullying and coping methods;4.In primary school campus bullying,bullying triggered by peer systems has "gang characteristics";5.In primary school campus bullying,managers and teachers have inconsistent knowledge of campus bullying;6.The lack of formal school rules and regulations,the "class performance" competition mechanism will affect children's perception and coping style of school bullying.Based on the above research results,this article mainly aims to promote the consistent recognition of bullying among children,families,and schools,establish a healthy peer relationship,formulate explicit formal rules and regulations,and implement social work practices such as setting up social workers in schools.,Propose reasonable suggestions,and urge the public to increase awareness and attention on primary school campus bullying,and strive to create a harmonious and healthy environment for children.
