Research On Prevention Of School Bullying Strategy From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

In recent years,with the reports of the Internet media,school bullying has frequently attracted people's attention and became a hot topic in education and research.The problem of school bullying is not caused by only one factor,nor can it be improved by only one aspect.In order to building a comprehensive remediation system for school bullying and a safe campus and a harmonious society,we should proposed prevention strategy based on systematic analysis of the causes of school bullying from multiple dimensions.First of all,the article searches for “school bullying” as a key keyword in major domestic news websites such as Sina and Peng pai,then screens out 60 data on school bullying incidents as research samples,and uses SPSS data analysis software to analyze the news data,it is found that the current school bullying in China is characterized by the relatively complex population of cities,the bullying of junior high school girls,the daily disputes and so on.At the same time,in the analysis of the sample events,it is realized that the occurrence of school bullying easily hinders the social development of students,undermines the harmonious relationship of the family,affects the teaching work of the school,and disturbs the harmonious order of the society.The occurrence of school bullying has many hazards to primary and secondary school students and their surrounding systems,has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,the problem of school bullying needs to be focused and effectively prevented,thus creating a peaceful and harmonious growth environment for primary and secondary school students.Secondly,with the help of ecosystem theory,we focus on the causes of school bullying from the micro,meso and macro dimensions.The study found that the causes of school bullying in the perspective of ecosystem are mainly the individual factors of rapid physical development and immature psychological development and "self-centered" social interaction mode;lack of family education;bad construction ofcampus culture;value deviation of peer group culture;school social work development hindered;China's relevant laws and regulations are imperfect;multiculturalism leads to disorder of individual values;deterioration of social bad atmosphere;malpractice of network development;media sensation effect.Finally,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,we explore the prevention strategies of school bullying from the micro,meso and macro dimensions.Namely:cultivate good interests,enhance "consciousness of others",correctly treat brothers' feelings and enhance their own qualities;enhance family education functions;improve campus culture construction,innovate school management mode;form positive peer group subculture with school education;Social work services;build a school bullying legal system;vigorously promote traditional culture;create a good social atmosphere;timely eliminate illegal content,improve the network real name system;pay attention to the supervision and management of the mass media;build a home-school-social linkage platform.
