The continuous deepening of China’s market economy development,increased social mobility,and uneven network information impact our traditional moral concepts and affect the establishment of youth social responsibility.There are some "elegant egoists" in the society;there have also emerged some negative events such as "professional touch porcelain","professional begging" and "helping the disabled" and so on,which have affected the youth’s awareness of healthy social responsibility.In 2017,the curriculum standards were issued.The objective of ideological and political education is to require students to have “collectivist spirit,enthusiasm for public welfare undertakings,willingness to serve people,and the courage to undertake their own social responsibilities.” “Core literacy” has made students’ social responsibilities even easier.The high demand not only requires the students to have a sense of social responsibility,but also hopes to cultivate the students’ ability and habit of fulfilling their social responsibilities.High school students are the main force for social construction.The level of their social responsibility literacy influences the development of China’s market economy construction,affects the construction of a harmonious society in China,and affects the development of institutional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence in China.As the main curriculum for cultivating students’ values,ideological and political lessons must give play to their unique advantages.As ideological and political teachers,we have the responsibility and obligation to make efforts to improve students’ social responsibility literacy and improve their social responsibility literacy behavioral skills.This article mainly proposes the cultivation of high school students’ social responsibility in terms of honesty and friendliness,cooperation,and the belief in the rule of law and ecological awareness.The research method of this paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey and text analysis.Text analysis mainly analyzes the contents of social responsibility literacy in teaching materials and the measures that should be adopted in teaching;the survey method is a sample survey of some students to understand the relationship between the status quo of students’ social literacy and ideological and political education,and the collected information.Perform quantitative statistical analysis.The survey results show that students’ social responsibilities can also be viewed as awhole.They have a sense of integrity and protection of the environment,but they do not have much action.They have a high degree of recognition of the rule of law.They have a legal awareness of conflict resolution;they have demonstrated performance in cooperation.They are far from satisfactory.They lack collective sense of honor and dedication.The text of this article is divided into three parts.The first part is to analyze the contents of the cultivation of high school students’ social responsibility literacy;the second is the questionnaire survey and the questionnaire analysis;the third is based on the existing problems in the ideological and political education in the proposed countermeasures.
