As the key words of the core literacy and basic concept of the students’ development,sports literacy has been put forward in the field of global physical education in recent years.The promotion of students’ Sports literacy has gradually become an important key point for evaluating and measuring the goal reaching degree of school physical education in the future.However,because the establishment of scientific and perfect sports literacy assessment tools is more complex,it has caused the objective evaluation of the students’ Sports literacy is relatively difficult;therefore,it is very urgent and valuable to study the students’ Sports literacy assessment tools.This research is mainly based on the evaluation tool of sports literacy for primary and middle school students.Through logical analysis,the concept connotation of sports accomplishment is defined.Based on the three rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation index system of primary and middle school students’ Sports literacy is constructed.It consists of 4 first grade indexes,11 two grade indexes,25 three grade indexes and 25 four grade indexes,which are divided into four grades in primary school and two parts of junior middle school and two grade in junior middle school.The relative weight system of evaluation index system for primary and middle school students’ Sports literacy is established by numerical method.According to the evaluation index system,based on the national curriculum objectives and teaching syllabus,the R &D team has initially established the standard of sports literacy test roll,physical fitness level and sports skill evaluation in the grade four and two grade of junior middle school.The first round test results show that most students like sports and realize the value of physical exercise,but there are many shortcomings,students’ understanding of sports knowledge is not comprehensive,lack of active initiative to participate in physical exercise,lack of technical requirements for basic sports and low level of sports skills.Under the.The distinction degree and difficulty analysis of test papers show that the distinction of T2,T3,T18,T20,T22,T25,T26,T27,T28,T32,T35,T36,T32,T35,T26,T25,T28,T32,T35,and junior high school two grade test volumes are less than 0.2 and the difficulty is less than the difficulty.The value is less than 0.2 or more than 0.8,so the degree and difficulty value of the area are not required,and the test questions need to be revised and tested in the later period,so that the test papers meet the requirements of each index.Looking through the development process of the whole student sports literacy assessment tool,the application of the theory in the field of sports literacy assessment is still in the preliminary exploration stage.Therefore,the evaluation tools need to be further improved and optimized.
